The suction isn’t quite enough to consistently get a full dosage from one pump, but it’s close. The flavor is a bit strong to take straight, sort of like licorice, but not bad. It blends into drinks easily.
I tried this supplement in the midst of a bad sleep rut, and it didn’t seem to help. Nor did I feel at ease, being tired and grumpy… Maybe it’s not fair to judge the supplement on the secondary impact, but the first (mood) can’t be improved if it’s not helping with the second. There were fluctuations in the amount, and quality, of sleep, but they didn’t correspond in the least to which days I took the liquid drops. Even when my sleep improved, the days it was better or worse didn’t track with which days I took the Ashwagandha. On the days I was sleeping well, I also didn’t notice it helping with mood, calmness, or alertness. But, I’ve also not noticed any effect from other Ashwagandha supplements, so I’m a little skeptical of the product in general.

Firstly, Global Healing is one of the best companies on this planet, in my humble opinion. The owner, Dr. Group, seems like a wonderful man who first intention is not profit, but helping others. His products are all phenomenal and I couldn’t recommend them more. Ashwagandha, in my opinion, is one of the best herbs on the planet. I believe most of the world, due to various factors, are dealing with adrenal insufficiency (and as a result this is leading to other health issues, such as digestion problems, etc.). Ashwagandha is an adaptogen, and in my opinion, probably the king of adaptogens. If you’re just starting on this journey of healing, of nourishing your adrenals, helping you sleep better, and dealing with stress (amongst the many other things that adaptogens do), then you can’t do any better than Ashwagandha. You’re also supporting a wonderful company. We vote with our dollar and its very important to do so.

It used to take me anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to fall asleep at night. Sometimes it took 2+ hours to fall asleep depending on my stress level. I have been taking this brand of Ashwagandha for almost 5 weeks, and now I fall asleep in 5-10 minutes of closing my eyes most nights! I take 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml at night. I do not experience any groggy symptoms in the morning. I just wake up feeling refreshed! I can also tell that I am generally more relaxed throughout the day without negative symptoms. I highly recommend taking this for improved quality of sleep. The taste is very earthy, but I have gotten used to the pungent flavor and look forward to taking it because I know it really helps.
