    If you have acid reflux – you must try these. I have suffered with severe acid reflux’ for years and despite omitting trigger foods and taking medication, I suffered every day. I tried all kinds of other supplements – things like mastic gum and DGL licorice, manuka honey, and nothing worked.

    I bought these and I am 99% heartburn free now. I can eat pretty much whatever I want and I’m OK. I cannot believe how well they work . They have made a huge difference in my life.

    I had a poutine yesterday and was fine after…

    Anyway, if you suffer like I did, do yourself a favor and try these. I take one capsule a day in the morning and that’s all I need.

    I take this for acid reflux, stomach gas, stomach upset, intestinal upset, you name it! This is an anti-inflammatory for the digestive system I carry it with me EVERYWHERE. If I have sudden intestinal upset, this will surely calm down the gut FAST. It’s a bit spicy though if you get too much. When I need it fast and don’t have any water to swallow it with, I open the capsule into my hand and lick if from my hand. The response is much quicker.

    Update 8/6/2019: I liked this so much that I ordered it again. However, even though the ad said “package of 2” I only received one bottle. I contacted the seller but heard nothing back.
    I thought I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I told my doctor, but he just poo-pooed it and gave me a pamphlet about foods that cause gas. I read that ginger was good for stomach/bowel issues, so I started taking these. I take one capsule in the morning and one before bed. All my issues disappeared. I recommended this to a friend who had the same issues and they too disappeared.

    We’ve use this brand before, gott’m at a health food store…these from Amazon are a deal…we started using ginger root cap caps. a long time ago when went on cruise ships…helps calm the motion of ocean…

    These were purchased from my stepdad who requested them and he loves them and has bought them multiple times. He really does think that they work well and are very fresh.

    I’m a fan. 1 – 3 pills opened, powder dropped into the steeping basket along with the tea ( I use 3 per pot). It’s a flavor enhancer with lots of health benefits.
    Look them up. Add a dash of Stevie (a sweet leafed plant that you can grow in your home) or a teaspoon of honey, then sit back and enjoy .
