The doctor recommended just the one ingredient and everything on the stores had multiple medications. Obviously the taste is not the best but is what is needed

I bought because it had the least noxious inactive ingreients. The plastic seal was broken and some syrup had leaked into the box. I had to force the lid off, and replace it with plastic wrap and a rubber band.
