I’ve used it about ten times at this point. It does create a pump but not to the extent of some nitric oxides. Makes me a little jittery too but it does taste amazing. For the price it’s worth 4 stars. It also has the scoop in this groove at the top, so you don’t have to try and find it.

The peach flavor is definitely very strong, but it is quite tasty. Just make sure you cut it with enough water, or the sour/sweetness will have you grimacing.
I went caffeine-free for a month, so I was looking for something that was stim-free that could still serve as a great pre-workout. This was a great option, as it gives you something to look forward to before going to the gym, and it definitely gives you a nice meaty pump. Pro tip, add a couple pinches of salt, or eat a tablespoon of honey in addition to the Ghost powder for the craziest pump you’ve ever had.
Product is definitely a little expensive at about a dollar per serving, but most gym centered products are, so this is nothing new. Overall would recommend!

This pre-workout is good. Gives me great muscle-mind connection during workout. If I’m looking for an energy boost with this, I’ll take Mio Energy or an iced coffee, without the jitters from regular pre-workout. Definitely a great option. Flavor is Sweet, like most, but I just chug it and it’s fine.

I used this as a daily pre-workout for a few months as I really only use anything caffeinated on major movement/powerlifting days and this seemed like a good fit. It will provide some energy, but no real pump if that’s what you’re looking for. I’ve used other products that will give more of both. The flavor is also pretty bad and it’s expensive. All of Ghost products are way overpriced and they’re nothing special. Great marketing but times are tough for most of us and spending $45 on 2lbs of protein or $40 on a nitric oxide supplement is just wasteful.

Ghost is known for their great tasting products; having tried their “Peach” and liking it, I bought their natty expecting a tasteless product or something pleasant without flavoring.
I cannot describe the disgust I felt when took my first swig. It’s what you would imagine lab chemicals tasted like, or some kind of rancid pool water. And the aftertaste that lingered… Since I didn’t have any backup flavors or powders to mix in at the gym, I choked the whole thing down and vowed to always mix it in with something else like what Robert W. mentioned in the reviews.
Needless to say, I changed my workout supplement routine just so that I could mix in this vile product with extra scoops of “Extreme Milk Chocolate” protein powder I usually had after a workout. Sometimes I could still taste it in the mixture.
Since I finished all the product, I have every right to write this scathing review. Why choose to suffer, you might ask? So you don’t have to. Also, a pump is a pump.
