I did not really get the energy I was expecting the only reason why I purchased this is because of all the hyped up reviews I read but again everyone’s body is different. I actually stopped using in for about a month, I will probably get back to it once I get back on my exercising regime.

Why I Swear by Ghost Amino Acids
I’ve been exclusively drinking Ghost Amino Acids for over a year and a half, alongside my regular water intake, and I’m convinced they are the best amino acids out there. I bought the GHOST ‘Cherry Limeade’ flavor. I’ve never had the real beverage from Sonic restaurant, but this definitely taste like cherry & limeade.
I have a 26-ounce water bottle, and if I use a whole scoop of this then it is WAY strong-tasting. Because I eat a Carnivore Diet, I’m not huge on sweet-tasting food or drinks, so a full scoop of this is too much (for me). I use a half-scoop in 26 ounces of water; it’s enough to flavor my water but not make it overwhelmingly sweet-tasting. Plus, using half-scoops means this will last twice as long as it normally would!
I prefer this GHOST product over GNC’s BCAA’s. GNC’s labels always slide off and interfere with screwing the top on & off of the canister, and they’re so deep that my hand would get all powder-y every time I reached into the canister for the scoop or to fill the scoop with powder. I liked GNC’s flavors, but they are not as strong-tasting as GHOST’s flavors seem to be.

I was surprised at how well this tasted. It really helped me with pain post workout and I appreciate that. It dissolves nicely and had enough strength to keep me going during my workouts. I recommend it for sure.

I’m a sucker for limeade and had to try this revision as I have never been to a Sonic. I have tried a couple of Ghost’s other flavors and was quite happy.
This seems to work nicely after a running session and the limeade flavor is pretty good. For the scoop amount, I usually add to more than 16oz as it is kind of strong. I’m happy with this product and may very well buy it again.
