This product lets my kids sleep through the night when they’ve got a cough or congestion. I can’t say enough good about that, because if the kids sleep through the night, then I can sleep through the night. Cough syrup and cold medicine seem to wear off about 3:00 a.m., but these vapor pads let them rest all night. Walmart stopped carrying them, so I switched to buying them on Amazon. Same price.

These are a must during cold/flu season. I plug them near my kids’ beds to help them breathe better at night during the fall and winter. I love them for myself, too. You can smell the menthol, but it’s not overpowering.

Be very careful when you buy this item. It is not anything but one box of five individual pads for the price of a whopping $25. Big rip off here!!!!!!!!

We can’t get through cold season without these. Our local retailers were all sold out, so we bought them through Amazon and had them in two days, and the price was lower than what the local retailers charge. You need the base night light, but when our kids are coughing and congested, this helps them sleep better and wake up with less congestion.

This product is very helpful when suffering from s cold. The vapors help clear stuffy nose and allow a good nite sleep.

I use these in my kids’ rooms when they’re really congested. As others have said, the night light is obnoxiously bright. Like a laser blasting into your eyes at the right angle. Fun times sitting with a sick child in a rocking chair, breathing in vapors, and being blinded. I usually have to remember to rig up some way to block the light without blocking the air around it using the trash can, board books, and stuffed animals. It works so well to help them breathe better at night when they’re sick that it’s worth the trouble. The unit gets warm so I’ve never tried putting any tape over the light to block it. Makes me nervous.
Whatever is on the pads is really hard to get off of your hands so I always use tweezers or maneuver it in and out of the unit with a nail file or something I can throw away.
