Personally, it is not good for ny health. First few days it is very effective. I dont have any appetite but still energetic but after 5 days of it, for 3 hours i thought i was gonna die because i felt the most painful stomach ache and i vomitted a lot. I threw the whole bottle after that

I read up on the ingredients in this product and thought about trying them for a while. They arrived a couple of days ago and i started using them right away. I have taken similar products in years past and had problems with them giving me an upset stomach, or rapid heart beat, or being super cranky. Or worse, not being able to get adequate rest. Which sets you up for all sorts of other problems. This time I took my morning pill, and forgot about it. Literally had no issues with it! I was calm, no stomach problems, no accelerated heart rate, no mood swings, nothing! They are small odorless pills, easy to swallow and….AND they are WORKING! So now I’m here kicking myself for not trying them sooner. Seriously, if you are looking for something that works, get these. I didn’t snack or feel hunger in between meals, and felt great. Added bonus–these actually helped me sleep better. Love that they have HTP in them! I will be coming back to update my review once I have used them a little longer. But thus far, I only have a Pro list, not a single Con! Pretty amazing!
Edit* UPDATE– So. After taking the entire bottle over the prescribed course of time I noticed a couple more things.
1- my cravings fork junk for nearly at zero. I LOVE my chocolate, so this is huge for me!
2- my belly lost 2 inches. As someone with a thyroid disease the swing hyper to hypo without inches or lbs lost, this is something I was so happy about, I cried. Addionally, the scale showed a bit of improvement. I’m going to be ordering these again, love the way they work. Thanks Genius brand!

Just started 2 days ago and I can confirm it helps on craving and food obsession- mind you started low carb also maybe why + intermittent fasting
Anyway whatever it is am no longer focusing on bad food or even hungry yeah;)

The first few times I took this, my stomach just felt queasy (thought it’s normal as I get used to it). I didn’t give me any diarrhea, actually felt like it made me regular (but I don’t have bowel movement issues to begin with). But this morning when I took this (I only started this a couple days ago), the stomach queasiness was a lot more noticeable and I can feel a wave of nauseousness, so I got up from my work chair to go to the restroom, but just a few steps in, I can feel that I’m about to pass out so I tried to get back to my chair, but thought it best to just lay down on the floor to avoid me passing/falling out on my chair. So I waited for everything to pass, and when I felt much better, I went to the restroom, and I was puking out fluids (bc I haven’t eaten anything yet). That was scary!
I bought this based on mostly positive reviews, but then I just read some of the very negative ones, so i’m guessing I’m not the only person who had these pretty bad reactions. Needless to say, I’m not taking anymore of these. My body is pretty used with taking diet pills in the past, but never had such bad reaction till now.
So to those who are contemplating on buying this, just be careful, and make sure to test them out while at home or take them when you’re already at work and not about to drive, as it could have been disastrous…

Completely surprised by the true effectiveness of this product to curb appetite. This ingredient combination of the 5-HTP and saffron does what it says. I ordered my first bottle 1 month ago and have already lost 5 lbs. And after this length of time (4-5 weeks), most days I still only require one capsule per day (instead of the two caps recommended) to literally cut my food intake in half, with no hunger pains. At home, my food plate is now a smaller one. I don’t need to fill up a large plate to feel satisfied – a small portion of food is more than enough for me now. It’s amazing. My goal is to lose 25 lbs. Been a long time trying to lose that weight (eating right – fruits, vegetables, protein) but regardless — the numbers on the scale would barely budge down, here and there. Now – because my appetite has decreased with smaller food portions, and with cravings for sweets gone way way down – my average weight loss is about a pound per week. No jitters, no palpitations, very safe. EXCEPT: slight nausea from the HTP. Very slight, but it’s there. Something about when a full capsule hits, lands, and opens in your intestines – it comes too heavy into gut, in one fell swoop. So I corrected this and ELIMINATED THE NAUSEA by actually twisting the capsules open and sprinkling the ingredients right onto my food. Beautiful ! No big altering-taste or bitterness, and the nausea is gone now. Backstory: I used to work with doctors who did this – they would open and sprinkle their vitamins, herbs, and other nutritional ingredients RIGHT ON THEIR FOOD. They knew the intestines can assimilate ingredients better, doing it this way. Similar to a time-release effect, the food moves slowly through our system, and the stomach and gut membrane linings are better at absorbing it, naturally. Find a small tiny air tight container, twist and open up a few capsules at a time and save the powder. When you’re ready for a meal, just go ahead and sprinkle a little of this product on your food items. Go easy, you won’t need a lot to coat the food. In summary – THANK YOU LORD, for this very helpful and effective product.
