I AM A CRITIC –
Zinc is a wonderful supplement to help keep your immune system at its peak. Adding Quercetin makes it even more powerful to ward off colds and flu. I’ve been using it for years along with zinc and vitamin C. I feel pretty healthy although not invincible. I also wash my hands regularly and keep them away from my nose and eyes, the entry ways for germs.
