There is no flavor from the capsules and they are sized to allow them to be easy to take. The list of ingredients is just what you expect, so it’s a good choice.

These are standard-sized hard-shell capsules with no real smell or taste. As long as you don’t have problems swallowing standard capsules, these should be easy to take.
The expiration date on mine is almost 3 years from when I received them.

Resveratrol is one of those things that you take for its long-term benefits, so I can’t say what effect it’s having. This brand is enormously expensive compared to other brands I have had, and it’s all unregulated supplements. I would look elsewhere.

Lots of folks here don’t understand that a company being both gmp and nsf certified while bottling and manufacturing in the USA is actually quite rare. This is some of the best you can get.

I am a huge fan of NMNH even though I know I shouldn’t completely trust all new study results. Also, I always take Resveratrol, especially when I have a meal with high carbs. I do have another NMNH from this brand without Resveratrol, which I take when I take Resveratrol separately. I keep this one in the office just in case I eat lunch (I usually skip lunch because I don’t want to deal with my sensitive gut issues at work).
I feel this has been very beneficial, but I think all supplements react differently depending on an individual’s condition. So, what I can say is that this is worth trying out.

This comes well sealed. The product makes lots of claims but upon trying to fact check cannot find much transparency… That being said have taken now for weeks without any negative side effects. Instead have found some value for my wife and myself.. Will continue to take for intended purpose of this supplement as quality seems to be decent.
