I like that this is supposedly made in a GMP facility. That said, there is no indication (ON THE BOTTLE) that any independent lab testing was done to verify the purity and potency of ingredient. The page description does mention 3rd party testing, but I do not see that anywhere on the bottle. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THAT MENTIONED ON THE BOTTLE, THAT WOULD GIVE ME MORE CONFIDENCE.
Also they do not say where the ingredient was sourced from.
They only mention that the ingredient was BOTTLED in USA. Not that the ingredient was MADE in USA.
So, since I never heard of the company before, and I would like to see some more information about where the ingredient was made, and why I dont see the 3rd party lab testing mentioned on the bottle, and that the price is quite expensive… it gives me hesitation and therefore is 3-star supplement right now. If it had a better price and more information forthcoming, I could see it being rated higher at that time.

Since NMN was getting hard to find, thought I’d try this. But there was a definite energy drop off. I could easily tell the difference in resistance workouts – couldn’t match my normal routine.
I had tried NR before and it wasn’t effective, but tried again after the NMNH, this time going to a 500 dose. This time I could tell the difference and the workouts went back to my previous standard.
I’ve used Genex before and they seem to be a good company, but the H version didn’t work for me.

I take this supplement in the early afternoon after lunch to give me a little energy boost to finish out my work day. I find it works great for combating the afternoon snoozies and helps me power through the rest of my work. It is also good to take it in the morning to get you up and going, especially if you don’t have time to grab a cup of coffee on your way out the door. I haven’t really noticed anything else, but I am hoping, with regular use, that I will get some anti-aging, focus and other health benefits from these quality ingredients.
The capsules are easy to swallow and are odorless and tasteless. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day. This bottle is a 1-month or 30-day supply and is a little pricey, but still cheaper than other caffeine supplements that do not have the same health benefits. The bottle is not childproof and has a twist on/off cap with a seal. It also has a flip top option to make it easy to open. This supplement is working well for me and I would recommend it for anyone looking for an energy boost with some other health benefits.

I am a huge fan of NMNH, and I believe this supplement has been beneficial for me. I also have another NMNH from this brand that comes with Resveratrol, which I prefer. When I take this, I take Resveratrol separately as well because my meals often contain high carbs.
I cannot say this supplement will work for everyone, but for about a year, I’ve been taking NMNH (not from this brand), which I believe has improved my well-being overall. I think you should try it at least once to see if you feel the benefits as well.

After taking it, there was vomiting and diarrhea, just terrible, what’s inside?

NMN is the hot supplement this year. I originally bought a NAD+ supplement but further research indicated NAD+ is not absorbed well. It is recommended to take NMN, the precursor to NAD+, which is more easily absorbed.
When I evaluate any supplement I look for a few things, and this brand meets all the requirements:
It is manufactured in a FDA , GMP and NSF certified facility. I won’t take any supplements that don’t meet these 3 requirements.
As for the value and effectiveness of NMN supplements in general, and this brand in particular, I can’t comment. A supplement that is supposed to slow cellular deterioration isn’t going to show a result by taking it for a few weeks, If you believe in the value of NMN supplements, this seems to be a quality product at a competitive price. I’ll be reordering when this bottle is out.

This brand is a little pricey but it’s the best I’ve tried. More energy for sure.

This NMNH supplement appears to be of good quality, but unlike clinical trials, I was not able to measure the impact of this particular supplement’s impact on my NAD levels; however, there are plenty of clinical studies that show the affects of NMNH on NAD production and I will assume that a quality supplement will have the same or similar impacts.
At 250mg per serving, this is on the lower end of the spectrum for NMNH supplements, but should still be enough to provide some beneficial impact in NAD production and cellular health. Being that this supplement is not all that inexpensive, so while taking 2-3x the dose would be within the norm for a daily dose as well, some may argue the benefit to doing so.
The supplement comes as an off white cellulose capsule that is average in size for NMN supplements and is plenty easy to swallow. The bottle comes with a convenient flip top lid, but you can unscrew it to get the capsules out if you so desire. While third party testing is indicated, I was not able to readily identify who performs this testing or find any testing results.
