I have been taking it based on some blogger recommendations. I was taking other L-Methylfolate, and it didn’t feel like anything was happening. I think the B12 is in good combination with this. Not a cure, maybe even a placebo, but helping with the fatigue.

I purchased two chewable b12/folate vitamins mostly for my children. My picky-eater daughter doesn’t care for how this one tastes and I can see what she means, it does have a slightly yucky/bitter aftertaste. My less picky daughter chomped this up without complaint. So the winner on taste goes to the other I bought, Seeking Health active b12 with l-5-mthf which delivers 800mcg folate and 1000mcg B12. This is STILL a superior product compared to non methylated formulations containing sub-par folic acid and b12. Seemingly inexplicable sudden mental health issues in relatives led me to a book called “Could it be B12” which first alerted me to the superiority of methylcobalamin b12 formulations. Health practitioner Chris Kresser was the first source that alerted me to methylfolate vs. folic acid. There is a lot of excellent information available via the internet as well as podcasts on this subject which could/should be of interest to you if you’re a child bearing woman, have heart problems, have the MTHFR gene, take acid reducers and/or have other digestion issues or don’t eat your greens.

Best B12 supplements I’ve found. Though it is more pricey than others, it is well worth it. I am a vegan so I have tried many other ways to supplement B12 into my body and this one has been the best. Other products have made my skin break out but this one has not.
