I like the fact that it does get very cold and that it has a soft plush side so it can be placed directly against the skin. The straps are long so two cold packs can be attached via the velcro and it can wrap around your lower back. The negative is that it is very stiff and hard to get it to form around the needed area such as knees or elbow. Around the back it lays flat so not an issue.

This ice pack works great and is very affordable. I needed to get this for my dad to ice his knee after physical therapy. Overall it works great and is easy to put on, take off, easy to refreeze, and use everyday! The only downside of it I’ve seen is that the plush side doesn’t get super cold, it seems to get cold enough but idk how cold icepacks need to be to help. He said it’s been helping so I would say this icepack is great for the price!

I wish I had purchased 2 initially as I like the ice pack alot. I have large knees and this flexible pack covers the front and sides of my knee completely and a bit on the back. The straps hold the pack firmly, I can even walk around without it falling off. I get a good 20 to 30 minutes of deep cold before it starts to warm up. Work great on my back too. The soft velvet side allows you to skip wrapping another cloth around the pack to protect your skin. The vinal side is great if you want it colder or as it starts to warm up. Definitely recommended.

I used these( bought 2) for my knee replacement surgery. They stayed cold for more than 20 minutes for each application. Stayed secured and in place around my knee. Straps and Velcro worked great . Very large with soft comfortable Plush on the inside . I was able to alternate each one 20 minutes per application, every hour .

These ice packs are great! They have 2 sides you can use depending upon how cold you want it. They do seem to warm up quickly and don’t stay cold long. Maybe 10 minutes. The smooth plastic side drips as it melts so you need a towel around it. I got them for my knee I had replaced. They fit well and if you get them tight enough they will stay in place while you walk.

My traumatized knee was in much need of icing after my fall. A bag of ice was uncomfortable, hard, leaky and just didn’t do it for me. I ordered this Ice Pack that wraps around my knee, after leaving it in the freezer for 4 hours as directed. It is very helpful, the design is genius, and helps it stay in place. The soft side is comfy, the plastic side is cooler – take you pick as needed. I have used both sides. I just ordered another one because the chill does not last super long, so I need a second one in the freezer while using the first.

I received the ice pack the next day as promised. The ice pack is high quality. The covering seems durable. They stay very cold throughout the 20-minute treatment. The soft cloth (velour-like) material is comfortable on the knees and the straps hold the pack so that it makes proper contact with the joint. Also, the straps enable you to move (as long as you do not bend your knees) while using the ice pack. I am very satisfied with the product.

Single mom always on the go here. So you know that means I don’t always have time to sit. My main concern with my doctor telling me I need to ice was where was I going to find time for that? When I sit I become my kiddos playground. They allow me to continue my life on the go. And they stay tight and secure. Not only was I completely pleasantly surprised how soft these knee ice packs were against my skin. They are very nice quality. They get cold very quickly in my freezer and keep cold on my knees. If your hesitant about purchasing look no further this product is amazing.
