- Para uso frio: Coloque o gel no freezer por algumas horas antes de utilizar. Retire-o do freezer e envolva-o em um pano antes de aplicar na pele.
- Posicione o gel sobre a área afetada e deixe agir por aproximadamente 15 a 20 minutos. Se necessário, repita o processo após um intervalo de 1 hora.

I love this cold pack! I used to after a back injury and it stays cold for at least 30-45 mins of direct use. The material and the gel seem durable. It fits in the freezer easily, is comfortable to lie on and covers my whole back. It’s very easy to use cold, or hot. I have taken it with me whole traveling and it folds down easily when not in use (fits into a tote bag).

I bought these to use for my knee replacement recovery. These ice packs are amazing. They really stay cold and mold around wherever you need them. There are two to a box. The sheet design is the best and the size covers a large area, which is great for inflamed knees. I used these throughout the day for months since I can’t take anti-inflammatory drugs. They are comfortable, flexible, and super versatile. They can also be warmed if you need a heat pack. These are PT quality hot/cold packs.

WOW, just WOW! I am absolutely thrilled to share my amazing experience with the large ice gel pack I used after my recent surgery!
I was a bit nervous about the recovery process, but this incredible gel pack was a total game-changer! From the moment I started using it, I felt a huge difference in my comfort level. The cold temperature was just what I needed to reduce the swelling and ease the pain.

This is the closest to the packs used in my PT as I have sound. It stays cold for a long period of time. I wrap it in a pillowcase and place it over my Tens unit leads and it works great. It is a little stiff at the very beginning but as it warms up it is easy to form to the shape you need. I bought 2 different brands at the same time and this is the best.

I’m an ice pack frequent flyer – I’m always doing something that could benefit from cryotherapy. I’ve looked and looked for an ice pack that’s a good size, is pliable and stays cold. This is the answer! I can wrap it around my entire ankle or lay on it for a sore back. The most common advice is 20mins on, 20 off. Using it that way, it lasts at least an hour. No more having to get up and down for a different one and no need for more than 2 taking up space in the freezer. Very happy! To absorb any condensation that some complain about, a light layer between skin and pack will take care of it. It’s not been a problem for me.

I ordered these ice/heat pads in preparation for an upcoming hip surgery. Although I have not used them yet for this particular reason, I have tried them out to relieve the discomfort I have now. These are really nice to use. They stay in place and cover a large area. This is important for me post-op. They remained cold for quite some time, however, I did not keep track of the actual time. They lie flat on a freezer shelf making it easy to use. They can be stacked in the freezer one on top of the other. I purchased one, then liked it so much, I ordered a second one. The fabric is very sturdy so I am anticipating good, long time use of them. I hope this is useful for you.

Love the size. Perfect for the wrist. I had carpal tunnel surgery and these were amazing. It gets and stay cold for a while. Love the soft gel and not a hard chunck of ice.
