For anyone who works anywhere from 8-12 hour days, these are perfect for you! Keeps your food and drinks cold for hours! Also they are great for aches and pains!

I received this Gel Pack promptly and it’s working as advertised. I keep it in the freezer and are using for my Tennis Elbow. Layer of fabric insulates skin from freezing. Stays cold long enough to relieve the inflammation. Wrap is elasticized with Velcro attachment at the end to keep it in place. Stays snug and does not ride down while wearing.

tl;dr they’re acceptable just not the best.
We bought these to supplement a 15 year old similar gel pack from CVS and they just don’t compare. They only last a little over half hour, the plastic and gel are a bit thinner, and the printing faded off during first use. Do they do the job? Yeah, they’re acceptable. Would we buy them again? Only if a better-seeming option didn’t exist (though I’ll note better-seeming options are scant).

Update: 07/13/24
They need to stay in the freezer about 24 hours to refreeze properly. The 3M versions don’t take that long to be ready for use again.
Updated 07/11/24: After separating these and putting them in a different freezer, I am changing my review. If you put these into a good freezer that the packs can be positioned to receive proper air flow, they are actually JUST as good (if not better) than the 3M versions, that cost twice as much. I should have experimented better, before posting my review.
Please don’t shy away from these because of the price. I use these AND the 3M branded every single day for shoulder pain. They are excellent and I am very satisfied with them. I can honestly recommend them, and I WILL buy more.

I loved the price of these. But, they quite literally stay cold half as long as the 3M brand. And, not only that. But, they never get as cold as the 3M either. I have not compared the heating option, as I bought them 90% for cold packs on shoulder.
So, I won’t buy any more of this brand.

It works pretty good, I use it to go to sleep actually cause it’s hot where I live. Bought without their mesh thing and I just use a thin towel to wrap it (as it does condense on the outside) and sleep on it as my pillow

This works great it stays ice cold a long time. It works really great and I had no problems with it not staying cold. It folds great, it’s small enough to carry with you anywhere, and it’s very flexible.
