Well made and good size. But it doesn’t get really cold in the freezer (never freezes), and so the cold lasts maybe 5 or 10 minutes. Typical PT has you ice 15-20 minutes, so it’s pretty disappointing for that use.

This is the second pair we bought because they work so well. Perfect for icing knees. The first pair has lasted over a year no problem.

I use these reusable ice packs on a regular. They work great. One con I have is they don’t stay ice cold for more than 10-15 mins.

I messed up my knees playing soccer and am doing physical therapy to get better. The PT told me to ice my knees after exercising. I struggled with keeping the cold packs on my knees and placing them just right until I got these. So far the velcro has held up really well and the packs fit nicely into the freezer.

I have shin splints from playing basketball and always found it annoying to have to strap icepacks onto my legs with bandages. These icepacks are so easy to use and stay around my leg. I love that there is both cooling and heating options and they are easy to transport as well. The only complaint I have is that the cooling/heating does not last very long, only about 10 minutes.

Not much more to say than everyone else has, but I love these so much I had to chime in. I got eaten alive by mosquitos recently and I react very badly to mosquito bites. Hydrocortisone cream, calamine lotion, regular lotion, even icy hot, nothing helped with the itch. I can’t take Benadryl, don’t know if that would have helped, but the only thing that kept me from clawing the skin off of my legs was keeping the bites iced. And ice packs are great but hard to keep in place if you still want to, say, walk around. I wasn’t injured, just itchy, so I wanted to be able to keep doing the things I needed to do. I have a large heating/cooling pad with a strap for your back or hip or whatever, but it’s too big to easily strap it to a lower leg or arm. These were exactly what I needed, a good price, and I love that they come in a pair, so I could keep one freezing and use the other, or ice bites on both legs. The strap is plenty long, but wraps around to cover a small area if you need, and keeps the ice/hot pack on so you can move around or easily ice a part of a limb that you can’t just set a pad on. These made life so much more manageable while I waited for the mosquito bites to heal enough to stop itching and I’m glad to add them to my “emergency”/medical supplies.

Love these ice packs for their versatility and ease of use. They were very affordable and I bought several more. My son developed paroneal tendinitis and these were great to wrap his ankles and they stay put where intended. He could get up and move around without having to readjust.
