This product reminds me of something you might find at one of those little hidden away boutiques, or a high-end department store. I checked the brand page and noticed all of their products give off a luxurious vibe, from the ingredients to the packaging, it all just looks so lovely. Yes, this product is on the pricey side for a body wash, but again, it has that luxurious look and feel about it that makes you want to savor it and save it for special occasions or days when you just want a little extra pampering. I ordered Poet at Heart because of the lavender scent, and I am so glad I did. It smells so nice. The body wash comes out of the tube with ease which i appreciate. It leaves my skin feeling cleansed, moisturized, and soft with a nice hint of scent that lingers even after I am fully dressed. I truly enjoyed my experience with this product and would love to have more of their products to try, but I just cannot bring myself to spend that extra money at this time. These products would make a lovely gift.

You know that feeling when you find a product you absolutely love everything about it? This body wash I can’t say enough about. It is rich, the lather is incredible, the scent is refreshing and a total smells so good, my skin is so soft and silky. Most “moisturizing” body washes are creamy, bland smelling and for me feel like I am just coating my skin but not nourishing it. This is different, it is a clear body wash and you only need a little bit (nickel size) for your whole body. I love lather and this has a lot of lather. It rinses easily and my dry legs and arms look and feel amazing. I thought too expensive until I tried it, now I will definitely purchase again as I know it will go a long way and it is worth it. Plan to get the lotion in the same scent as I can only imagine how good that will feel and smell also.

People keep saying nice ingredients but the body wash actually does not give you an entire ingredients list. It merely tell yous what the ingredients to fragrance it are. Seeing as how this is VERY important for people staying away from certain chemicals and they don’t even have it on the amazon listing at the time of writing this, I have to minus one star. And I’m subtracting another star because it’s SUPER expensive. I can but 2.5 of my equate pure Castile soap body wash for this price. Or almost 2 dr.bronners Castile soap body washes.

I order the “Poet at Heart” scented shower gel. It is a lavender and rose hip scent, but I found the rose hip to be the stronger scent. It is a very nice floral. The packaging is nice and upscale. I would expect to see this style of packaging for sale in a spa or a boutique. The gel itself is clear and it is very thick. You do not need a lot to get a good lather and the package was a little bigger than I was expecting. Still, at the time of review it is listed for $23, so it is on the expensive end for a shower gel.

This gel, like the soap bars, has the refreshing scent. I only have to use a small drop and it goes a long way. The soap bars being small I use those when traveling. The gel I use it home. It does not have an overpowering scent and it still cleans without irritating. Does not dry out your skin.
