The scent in this one is definitely too much and too strong for my liking. If it was toned down a bit I might like it better but honestly I had to go with another product. It did clean nicely though and left my skin feeling soft.

My girlfriend loves lavender, me on the other hand doesn’t. BUT THIS HITS. Maybe it’s the rosemary and mint but the scent is beautiful and soothing. Actually how lavender is supposed to be.
Using ➤ I use 1 full pump, and a bit extra for harder to reach places. Rubbing it into wet skin spreads it around evenly. It does get soapy, but not as you would expect from your big storebought ones that spews soap out from the bathroom to outside. It’s a good natural amount of soap per use. And the smell comes instantly!
Results ➤ You almost start to feel it immediately. Your skin feels clean. My skin didn’t feel overly soapy or oily, it felt like, well, skin! I do say this is more on the higher side of quality because not many soaps make me feel like this. After drying off and getting out, my skin feels S M O O T H. Smooth skin and again such a good natural lavender scent.
There’s great, and simple ingredients, I’ll say it does seem like it could be homemade and I could make it myself if I had the experience. I feel good putting this on my body looking at them.
I would 100% try more of these and this one left me impressed, especially for a smell I didn’t think I would go along with. Truly catches me by surprised which is why it deserves this rating. The bottle is 10 ounces and so far I’ve used 1/4th of it, so it should last month or more.

This bitter orange shower gel definitely smells bitter, but it smells exactly as it should. I’m not entirely keen on the scent, but it lathers well and the scent lingers on the skin. It doesn’t leave behind any thick residue, and it rinses off well. This feels nice on my skin, and you can definitely smell and see how good of quality this body wash is. It’s worth the price, I just wish I personally liked the scent

I will say that the scent is definitely a hit or miss with people. For me though I love the scent! So if you’re not sure you’re going to love the scent then you might want to pick something else because this scent is long lasting and you’ll be smelling like it all day long which for me is a win! It lathers super nicely and isn’t harmful on my sensitive skin. Super high quality ingredients that make me feel comfortable.

I couldn’t be happier with a shower gel than I am with this! The scent is very unique & lovely & it lathers up & cleans beautifully, without drying my skin out. Definitely my new fave shower gel!
I so very appreciate that this is handmade with certified natural origin ingredients by an independently owned Irish small business, who are also a certified B-corp. On top of all of that, it’s all contained in a bottle that had been recycled from plastics collected from coastlines that are at risk for ocean plastic pollution.
Everything about this shower gel, inside & out align with my values pristinely….& should I mention again that it smells lovely & cleans up beautifully? Don’t even second guess this one…I very enthusiastically recommend this shower gel!

If you love the scent of lemongrass, The Handmade Soap Company Shower Gel is the body wash for you. The scent on this is quite strong. I do detect a hint of cedar, but the lemon grass dominates. The soap produced a good lather that cleaned well. Best of all, it didn’t feel like dried out my skin.
