I purchased the Sombra Warm Therapy Pain Relieving Gel for my knees that started to bother me right before softball season. This was recommended to me by my friend who is a physical therapist.
This did a good job taking my mind off the pain. However I definitely felt a burning/tingling sensation while using the product, which might have been what took my mind off of the pain! The sensation wasn’t overwhelming, but it was noticeable.
Definitely take notice not to cover up the application area with any materials (ie. Socks, compression sleeve, etc). You will experience a severe burning sensation if you do

The scent was the same you’d experience with other major brands. Not a pro or con, but it’s there if you are bothered by other brands, you’d probably have issues with this as well.
