I like the size of this cold pack and the strap on the back. Would be handy for childrens owies and sprains. It’s nicely made. I had hip surgery and needed an ice pack. This was a bit small for that purpose. It’s a better size for ankle, neck or forehead etc. It doesn’t stay cold for as long as another one I have and is skimper on the amount of beads. I have used it for when I have a headache. For the short time that it stays cold it works well. Im glad I got two of them but would probably look for one that has more beads and stays colder for longer next time.

I bought these for my wife who has some feet problems. She used to use a bag of peas, but these work even better. She doesn’t have to worry about wrapping the ice pack because of the cloth side and elastic keeps it against her foot. So far we haven’t tried warming it up, but it’s a great ice pack for sore spots!

I did think this was a 2 pack set, but only 1 came so keep that in mind (got confused by the photo and should have actually read). However, this pack does wonders and helps my pain relief a ton! The strap for holding it makes it even easier to use!

Like most hot/cold packs, the heat/cold doesn’t last overly long but it lasts long enough to do the job until it’s hot/cold enough again. I had to have oral surgery for a bad tooth and this was the perfect size to fit the affected area of my face whereas any heating pad was FAR too big. The strap on the back made it super easy to hold it in place. The two pack is great for the price because you can use one for heat and the other for cold. I would recommend these to anyone who has a small area they need/want to use a hot/cold pack on.

I was hoping this was going to work well but the seam split after just a few uses and the filling comes out. It’s a great idea, but needs to be made better. I wanted to contact the seller but could not find a way.

These come in a set of two ice packs. They have a soft fabric side as well as the soft beaded side. I use both sides depending on how much cold I need. They come in a reusable storage bag.

Day 2- Update. The ice pack froze up nicely.
I’ve ordered 2 more ice packs in blue for my grandsons. They are the perfect size for toddler boo boos ! The soft beads allow for wrapping around a knee or ankle if needed. Each pack has a soft handle on the back that can be held onto the sore area.
I can’t wait for these to arrive at their house. I’m sure their mother with love the sweet heart shaped note. I hope she reads it to the children.
