I bought these to place under my eyes for bruising and swelling. This works well and does just what it says. I will keep on hand and have continued to use this daily for the last few months. It does take the swelling down for me and helps with bruising.

My husband actually bought this for a deep quad tear he got in a fall while hiking. It really helped him with pain relief. When I realized how much relief he got with it I used it on my knee. I have had knee pain with hiking over the years that seemed to have improved with leg strengthening exercise. But after a 120 mile hike with a steep descent on the last day I had deep inflammation that only hurt when I flexed (like when setting in the floor with legs crisscrossed. It would really hurt. I used it for about a week day and night. I was amazed when the pain went away completely. I would highly recommend this product! I kicked a dog gate barefooted. OMG. My big toe looked like a plum. I used this gel because I had it on hand. It worked like a miracle. The swelling was down in 24 hours, and it was much less purple. It really works. I promise.

My knee has decided to go to the dark side. I first tried this before going to Animal Kingdom. Kind of a weird sticky but not sticky feeling when you first apply it. Thankfully it went away. I applied to both top and bottom of my knee. It did help. I just applied it once before leaving.
