Have never seen something so thick in an GERD product. I don’t think it’s made in the US. When you are having trouble with swallowing, upset stomach and GERD. It’s an instant way to vomit. 0/10 recommend. Oh and if you can get it down…it does not work.

My GI dr recommended it when other reflux acid products failed to keep me from seriously regurgitating huge amounts of acid. It dramatically helps keep acid from coming up. It’s not an antacid..it actually coats the stomach to keep the acid down. Only this Gaviscon from UK has this formula. After years of terrible irritable bowel syndrome and vomiting of acid, this product finally helps give me relief. I take it almost every night. It’s a godsend for me.

the peppermint flavor is actually stimulating/agitating to my esophagus/throat, which is the opposite from what I need when I use this product. Hence four stars for the overall review rating. The product as such is very helpful, but this flavor seems counter-productive to me. Two bottles will last me a long time, so I will make peace with it.
