Im not new by any stretch to a laundry list of sups, including preworkouts. I typically gravitate to milder products like PPN’s Gunpowder or even ON Gold Standard. On paper this is a great product. The ingredients look on spec and it is GMP certified and made in the US, requirements in my eyes.
There is something about this pre, for me, that just feels off. It’s a weird jitter buzz that I have only gotten with lower end supplements. I don’t know, hopefully it works for you. Taste was decent enough but unfortunately this goes in the gym back for the rats that want to bum a pre off of me.

After work, I usually come home and hop on my bike and go for a ride for about an hour. Somedays can be harder than others. Once I started drinking this as my pre-workout drink, I definitely had more energy to get going quicker, and once an object is in motion, it tends to stay in motion. I’ve tried it without my drink (Not on purpose, I just forgot.) and I don’t know if it was power of suggestion, but I definitely felt like I had a harder ride that day. Now, as far as fat burning goes, I can’t speak to that, as I couldn’t tell you if it’s the harder workouts that are helping me lose weight, or if it’s just the drink, or the both of them together. I’m going to keep this on hand though from now on. Whether or not it’s just in my head, it works for me!

I’ve been using this pre-workout supplement for a while now, and it’s a mixed bag of pros and cons. First off, the caffeine content is impressive – 200 mg in just one scoop – and on some days, I find that half a scoop is enough. This is particularly beneficial for me, as someone with inactive ADHD, since the energy boost lasts quite a while. The tropical flavor is strong, but it does have a slight chemical aftertaste, which isn’t my favorite, but it’s tolerable compared to some other pre-workouts I’ve tried. As for its effectiveness, it definitely delivers. I’ve noticed a significant increase in how much I sweat during workouts, which speaks to its potency. However, I can’t comment on the fat-burning potential, as I haven’t been using it consistently for that purpose. A few things to keep in mind… The orange powder tends to stain plastic cups, so using a glass container is a better choice, if that matters to you. Also, it requires a bit of patience, as you need to let it sit for a few minutes to fully dissolve – I typically stir it using my milk frother, and that seems to do the trick. Overall, this pre-workout does what it says, giving me the sustained energy boost I need for an effective workout.

This pre-workout packs a punch! I used to drink a celsius before every workout, but that is not the most cost effective method. So, obviously I was looking for something that puts the same pep in my step the way celsius does, without compromising on taste.
GAT SPORT Jet Fuel really fuels my workouts! The flavor is great (although I do miss the carbonation of that Celsius from time to time). And, within 15-20 minutes of taking that first sip, I feel my body and mind really waking up and revving to get the workout going.
The powder dissolves very easily in water, with or without a shaker, but shaker does a better job quicker than just stirring.
Love this pre-workout – definitely give it a shot for your next leg day !

I’ve been using this pre-workout supplement for some time now, and it’s been quite helpful for my weight loss journey. Following the instructions, I mix it with 12 ounces or a little more of water. I find the flavor still leans towards the sweeter side for my taste. First impressions: Good sized jar of powder to mix with water for weight loss.
Installation/setup: Use as directed. Directions say to mix with 12 oz of water but I prefer 18 to 24 ounces of water or juice in a protein shaker. It tastes a bit sweet. I recommend eating something, not taking this on an empty stomach at least because it can give you the caffeine jitters.
Final thoughts: The flavor is good, and it mixes well in a shaker. I use a shaker because it can settle bit. The powder is pretty fine and has an orange tint. The tropical flavor translates to pineapple citrus and it’s very sweet with an artificial sweetener. There is a lot of caffeine so watch your levels if you are sensitive. I like this ok but it gives me headaches from the sweetener if I use it every day so I won’t be getting more.
