Here are the facts. Beans cause gas! Even though beans are really delicious and you take BEANO with them, you can still experience some issues if you eat beans fairly often. Gas-X is easy to take whenever there is an issue and reduces gas significantly. It is nice not to have that bloated feeling. I also think taking papaya enzymes helps as well with stomach bloat. So talk to your doctor and consider all angles. Eating what you love (including broccoli) should not “be an” issue all the time. 🙂

P.S. I take these now WITH the meal and they work even better. I ate cabbage which is notorious for causing issues and had no problem. I also take the papaya enzymes and Beano all at the same time. I am not a doctor, nor is this medical advice!

Like that there is no bad taste to these chewable tablets. It is my experience that most over the counter works faster when taking a chewable form and so far these have not disappointed.

If you’re like me, sometimes you’ll eat something that’ll swell you up like a balloon. Obviously this product works, but I like the ability to “dose” it – you can take a pill that has 500mg, or you can have two 125mg tablets and take more if needed. The taste isn’t bad…it tastes like a Starburst for reference.
