This product is exactly what I was looking for. It is light weight, reusable and does a great job mixing my protein shakes. I would definitely recommend these to everyone. I especially like that they compact down when you are done usuing it and it fits in my purse!

very hard to fill… I wanted these for “grab and go” protein shakes without carrying the weight of liquid ones all day that will get warm. They are not easy to fill, maybe it’s the ‘clumpiness’ of my protein powder, or maybe I need to find a funnel with a much wider mouth, either way, the instructions say to add the water first, I do not, I need 2 a day so I fill up to 14 with powder and I’m set for the week, throw one in my go-bag then all I need when its time to have it is a cold bottle of water

I am impressed with how well these mix protein powder without a whisking ball or anything. Make sure you follow the directions, as that is the best way to make it work properly. I use these for travel and am happy with the compact solution for protein shakers on the go. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that cleaning them to a degree that allows me to drink only water from them after making a shake seems pretty much impossible.

My use-case is a bit different, not about mixing protein powder, but about freezing pre-made smoothies. Nevertheless, this product is doing more than I could have expected.
Pros:
– Large cap, easy to refill and drink.
– Solid construction. The spout is very well bound to the flexible plastic and shows no signs of detachment after many cycles of washing and reuse.
– Transparent section with clear measure marks. Such is not possible to find with a translucent rigid plastic bottle, and the transparency of the plastic is as clear as glass!
– Saves a ton of space in the freezer since it is flexible, something a rigid container cannot do (see enclosed picture). Also, a rigid container would most likely split in the freezer.
– While thawing I can breakup the frozen sections by squeezing them. Again, not possible when using a rigid container.
– Nice indentation on the side for holding. Well thought out.
– Cleans up much easier than I expected. Nothing sticks to it!
Con:
– The multiple Shake-it-Out container bag should include plain, unbranded containers, with more clear sections for viewing the contents.

Product was better than I expected. My daughter and I used these bottles all week at camp and on our road trip. They work great and are so convenient to use. When we were done with our water I could just fold them up and put them in my pocket or purse.
My daughter usually destroys any water bottles she uses, but these still look and work great after a week of constant use.
We mostly used them for water but occasionally used them to make Gatorade from a power. They have held up great and since they were so inexpensive I was not too upset when my daughter lost one.

Shake It Out Shakers are lightweight with a durable lid. They fit in both my car cup holder and my purse with no spills or leaks. While the product description says it holds 12 ounces it actually holds a bit more than that, probably about 14 ounces. The 12 ounces is the suggested fill when using the product to mix protein supplements. I personally used it to mix my crystal lite and it worked great! The powder was evenly distributed throughout the water. I also like that the bottle is reusable so I don’t have to buy disposable water bottles every time I want a drink.

The first time I tried to use this, my drink tasted like it had gone bad, which was strange since it’s a protein powder I use often. I dumped it so I wouldn’t get sick. Then, I tried with a different bottle (I bought a batch for travel) with other protein powder that I use regularly, and it also was undrinkable. It tastes somewhere between a milk product gone bad and plastic. Please, please don’t buy this. I’m certain whatever is in these bottles will make you sick. Something isn’t right.
