These were way cheaper through Amazon than my local vitamin and health food store. The culture count, strain variety, and bioavailability are some of the best I could find in a commercial probiotic. I was looking into kefir, but was not interested in making it myself and buying it was expensive. This seemed like a decent alternative.

The quality and potency really is unmatched . These may be a little more expensive than other brands but well worth the gut health. If you suffer from IBS, especially IBS-C then add these to your daily routine. They help!

these do work well and there is a difference , a positive difference in gut health. They are fairly expensive, I feel, so
I do not take them monthly , but more as a “starter” by which to maintain gut health with fresh cultivated veggies/saurkraut
and good eating and eliminating habits. This product has a role in a guided healing plan.

I’ve been doing low-carb for about 18 months, pretty hard core. While I’ve done well with weight loss, it has made me so stopped up. A week without going is pretty typical, and when I had a 12-day stretch last month, I knew I had to try something. I’m pleasantly surprised to say that this product has done wonders for me. I’ve been taking it for less than 3 weeks and I’m going just about every day now. Now, to get to some unpleasant details (who wants to talk about poop??): it’s not always as firm as I’d like. It’s stinky. When I go, I’m going a LOT! But, I’ll take all three of those things over not going for several days. I will update the review after I’ve been on this for a longer period of time, to make sure it keeps working and to see if any of those nasty things change. But I’m cautiously optimistic about this and wanted to share in an effort to help others who experience chronic constipation.
