My son has autism and he has trouble sleeping but we don’t like using melatonin so this is a great organic alternative! It helps him get a good nights rest on those rough nights!

This product tastes like the most tart cough medicine ever, but it helps us sleep. It does not “make” us sleepy but it helps us sleep more soundly. We have to take it with a chaser already in our mouth, cause the tartness stays on your tongue. Its only been a week but as of right now I would purchase again.
Just bought our second bottle. Works great for my kid so we will continue to purchase. Was not happy how it was delivered today though. It was from a white delivery van not the usual amazon van and the box was all beat up, but luckily the bottle itself was not damaged.

This may have all the benefits it claims to have, but this is probably the worst tasting syrup I’ve ever had. Nothing we tried masked the taste or even helped camouflage it and the aftertaste lingered for hours. First Garden of Life product I’ve purchased and not been happy with.

I bought this product to get my kiddo, age 13, off long term melatonin use. The melatonin was messing with his T3 levels of his thyroid. My child absolutely could not sleep without melatonin. I also wanted something natural for him. I am so glad I found this product because it works great! He is very picky about flavor and doesn’t really care for the flavor, but doesn’t fight about taking it. So it can’t taste awful or there’d be no way he would take it. He has taken this for a month and it still works as well as the first time he took it. I wanted to make sure it was still working before I left a review I barely ever leave reviews. Something has to be really good or really bad before I will leave a review. I highly recommend trying this if you’re looking for a natural sleep aid.
