Work decent enough. Got for my 12 year old to help focus better in school. His grades improved slightly however the effects wear off after roughly half his school day. He says they taste terrible. We prefer the gummies from this brand.

I’m only a week in and I am so happy with this product! I always go into a new product with a hopeful yet sceptical mind but so far I am elated with the results. I work in healthcare and have had a lot of stress and anxiety lately so my mind has been very scattered. I wanted a natural way of helping my mind be a little more clear and this has been better than I could have hoped for! I feel better overall, more collectively and calmly able to process and remember things better. I read another reviewer’s post about the nutritional absorbency but as long as you take it, as directed with food, I have found that there is sufficient absorption time. If your body doesn’t need something, it will excrete it (hypothalamus to kidney communication intact of course). If I feel differently after finishing the bottle I will definitely update but so far I am extremely happy!

I can’t say whether or not this supplement does what it says because I didn’t take it long enough. The pills are very big and it was very difficult for me to swallow them especially because you are supposed to take two ! I was very interested in taking this supplement since Dr Perlmutter created it. Unfortunately, it is not for me. I did try to return the bottle but this item is non-refundable. If you can’t swallow large hard pills I would not recommend this purchase.

I’ve been using the product for almost 3 weeks and my focus and energy to be reading my books and my studying sessions in the computer are great!! It really works as the description. Actually, I asked to a neurology specialist about this kind of products, and he gave me green light to take it.
However, the recommended dose shows 2 capsules daily, but in my case, I’m taking only 1 tablet a day in the mornings around 9am, otherwise at night around 1030pm I was not ready to sleep because I was with energy and made me to stay awake until almost 12am. So, for me 1 cap a day to be focus and concentrated are great!!
Besides the memory/focus tablets works great the brand made awesome quality products, for example you may try the Probiotics on the100 billion version.

I’ve read that other customers have said the same. The capsules are too large and extremely hard. They should not be sold to seniors—who are the very people seeking the advertised help. Way too difficult to swallow: danger is choking. And of course the company pockets my money because this product cannot be returned.

Works for me. I just reordered more. Started by taking only 1/day (recommended is 2/day). Noticed a difference – less foggy brain, etc. But nothing substantial. Went up to recommended dosage – 2/day – and definitely a difference. Way less brain fog, seem to remember more. Overall, a great difference and will continue to use. Large pill size, yes, but still able to take both at once with water.
