I give it to my daughter as an alternative to a little candy in the afternoon. Garden of Life now has several different flavors and targeted gummies, but we’ve kept this as our main go to.

I was struggling with drinking ACV by itself as it was making my teeth very sensitive. I need to take ACV to help me digest my Colostrum supplements that I am taking. I decided to try these to see if it would work like the ACV. It works! First off I have to say, I love the ingredients. I looked through all the ACV gummies and it was very hard to find one that wasn’t made with sunflower oil. This was the only one and organic! I am very pleased with this product!

I love myKind products. I have been using another brand acv vitamin for a while. They work but when I went to order them, I saw they this brand pop up.
The taste was good. I did not taste any bitterness with these gummies. They are a little mushy and not the texture of other gummies, but I think that is due to how they are sweetened. I did see an increase in my energy. I will be switching fully to these gummies as they do not have artificial ingredients and are organic.

Wow, I feel really good about taking these gummies. I took it at 7pm and with in 2 hrs it worked in my system. This might be tmi but this sent me to the restroom. I bought this to help with my insides, and to lose weight. I didn’t know it would send me to the restroom, which by the way is perfectly fine with me because I am prone to constipation. I feel like this will be a staple in my vitamin supplementation. I feel like telling the whole world about these gummies. I’ll come back with an update 1 month from now. I even gave some to my mom and it sent her to the restroom. I am here for the inner clean out lol.

I have tried several different brands of apple cider gummies, and these are the best tasting ones I have tried. Frankly, I still balk at the high prices of such a cheaply manufactured product, since you can make your own for pennies, but I buy these when I am too busy (or lazy) to make them. They are just sweet enough and one can mildly taste the apple cider vinegar. I like the taste of vinegar, even in gummies, so if you expect more candy tasting gummies, these are not the ones you want. I suspect though, that the sweeter they are and the more like regular gummy bears they taste, the less effective they are.
I can’t attest to their weight loss properties, yet; if they start reducing my waistline, I will revisit my review.
