It’s been 3 weeks and I can see a change
-My hair falls less (it would fall in HUGE CHUNKS)
-Its really long already it used to be right on my bra line now it touches my buttocks
-in just 3 weeks guys I wasn’t going to try them out but I’m glad I did! To be honest
-oh and I only eat one gummy because 2 made my stomach hurt
-They taste good a bit fruity and tangy at the same time

After researching several brands on Amazon decided to try this brand as I know it’s a good brand having had other items in their product line. I’m somebody that does not care for the taste of beets so the gummies were a nice option. The flavor is not bad they do tend to stick together in the jar a bit which is my only complaint. I bought them to help with blood pressure issues. After taking them for a couple weeks I noticed a really nice benefit with my nails growing better and not chipping. I had been experiencing hair thinning and hair loss, which has just about stopped, after being a problem for the last year and a half. Haven’t noticed a substantial drop in blood pressure but there has been an improvement. I will continue to take these as with any supplement it doesn’t work overnight necessarily but I did start to see the benefits within a couple of weeks I take one in the morning and one at night and I will be sticking with this brand.

Its garden of life vitamins which I trust, great quality vitamins ; i keep it in the refrigerator for the gummies to keep firm. The taste is not great at all but I got this vitamins for the benefits; not the taste. No side effects. No aftertaste .

I enjoy pickled beets, but sought a daily supplement with additional vitamins & other organic components, which this product has. I have no negative side effects from it, but would like a different taste, I don’t enjoy chewing them at all, unfortunately.

I am super sensitive to many vitamins/supplements. These don’t cause any issues for me and they taste amazing! I like that they don’t have too many ingredients and I love that they are gelatin free! Most supplements now have so many ingredients that are not necessary. I highly recommend these gummies!
