I love this! I have been taking several different brands of Garcinia Cambogia for years now and not had a significant weight loss result, but I have found by taking this for a week I already can tell that it reduces my appetite. I have to force myself to eat! Reading reviews on Amazon before buying I remembered a lady saying it did the same for her so that’s exciting! I haven’t taken it long enough to see weight loss from this pill yet but if I keep going at this rate it is bound to happen! I am on a low sugar low carb diet already and excercise regularly which has attributed to a significant amount of weight loss without any pills but I wanted a boost! I have high hopes for this! It has 95% HCA which is what grabbed my attention because the other Garcinia brands did not have that high a dose which is probably why I didn’t see results. Just some advice for those of you trying to lose weight…I work for a doctor who is very knowledgeable about what foods to eat when trying to lose weight. You CAN EAT! fat is not bad, it is good for your brain! Sugar is a killer! Cut out the sugar! Substitute stevia for sugar when you can. Drink green tea, it does wonders for your metabolism. So does grapefruit! eat meat and veggies and fruit. Cut the white bready foods and exercise when you can and YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT I promise! But I am hopeful that this will aid in my weight loss journey and I hope it will do the same for you as well!

This product has worked great for me! My biggest problem is snacking and cravings. After taking this, I don’t have any desire to snack or get those irresistible cravings like I used to. The only hard part is remembering to take it before a meal.

I ordered this product because the ingredients have a high level of hydroxy citrate. Hydroxy Citrate is being researched right now for it’s ability to dissolve calcium oxalate kidney stones.
In 2018, I had a CT scan because I was having difficulty passing a stone. That scan showed two stones, one coming out and another in the kidney waiting for orders to cause me pain. This year (2019) it decided to start moving and was giving me fits. I researched options and discovered that while it hasn’t yet been proven in humans, there is good evidence stones will dissolve when hydroxy citrate is consumed.
I took it for 30 days and proceeded to get a CT Scan which was already scheduled prior. The scan showed there was no longer any stone. My experience is anecdotal but I know I had a stone waiting to cause me grief and then I didn’t after taking this product. Also, I cannot recall any negative side effects while taking this product.
I did not focus on the other typical uses for this product. However, I am getting another bottle because I believe having it around for maintenance is better than the pain and doctor bills.

I love the gardenia Cambogia plant extract and I usually always bought the same brand. I tried this one because it was slightly cheaper than my go-to. Unfortunately, I did not see the same results that I had with my other brand. I am not sure if this one just takes longer to work, but I finished the entire bottle while working out and did not have quick results. Comparatively, on the other brand Ive been taking for about two weeks and I have lost two pounds!

So I generally never post reviews but as I got to thinking about it, the reviews other have left led me to take a leap of faith on this product.
