It took a while for me to comment on this product as I order a lot from Amazon and forget to sometimes review the items I purchase but after talking to a family member about this product yesterday, that reminded me to get on here and share some knowledge. Due to existing health issues, I try to be very careful on what I take as I seem to be sensitive to everything whether its getting rashes or getting sick to my stomach. I knew I needed something for energy that would also help me with weight loss so I decided to try this product and specifically this brand because I heard a lot of good things. My hopes were not very high because either things don’t work on me at all or they seem to make me sick. Well, to my surprise, this product actually works. I can take it on an empty stomach or a full stomach. The directions say to take 30 minutes before your meal but I wanted to try it at different times to see if I would have an adverse reaction. Not only did it give me energy but it also did not hurt my stomach nor cause any strange breakouts. I was impressed and I don’t impress easy. I did fall back on placing additional orders due to some financial issues but now that things are improving financially, I will be placing another order. So if you have concerns about his product working, just know it worked for someone that things like this normally don’t work on.

I ordered the Garcinia Cambogia from Sport Research because I have tried their other products and found them to be superior than products I have tried from other companies. When I received the Garcinia I was surprised that it was a liqua-gel. All the others I have used have always been a dry powder capsule. I have never been happy with my result with Garcinia in the past, but thought I would give it a go one more time. I am very happy that I did. I have started taking 2 capsules before lunch and dinner. The result has been that my appetite is decreased tremendously. I also don’t get hungry in between meals. I can’t say yet that it has translated into weight loss, because it has only been a few days but at this rate I am very hopeful. This is a much better result than I have had with any other Garcinia product to date. I am very pleased with this purchase!!
So, I have now purchased a second bottle of Garcinia Cambogia. I tried another brand in between. I wanted to check and see if I truly was getting a different result with SportResearch Garcinia. I had no change in my appetite with the other brand of Garcinia. I then purchased the SportResearch brand on August 11 and I can honestly say that if I take two capsules one half hour before a meal I don’t eat nearly as much. I fill up quickly. I have 15 pounds to loose. Admittedly, you still need to make the right food choices and exercise but this brand of Garcinia will help you decrease your calorie intake. I don’t know if it is because they use the coconut oil and it is more bioavailable, but it is definitely more effective. Don’t waste your money on the other brands!!!

Currently im overweight being 330 pound and 6 feet tall. My main problem is the hunger. It’s not mentally like some sort of anxiety – impulsive food craving, I believe is true and genuine hunger.
Recently a friend of mine bought Garcina Cambogia from another brand and suggest me to try it. Then I began to search in Amazon all the different amount of brand of this product and decide to buy this brand.
I always buy in Amazon and my decision are mostly taken by 2 criteria. The first one is the amount of reviews of a product. The second one is the rating of the review.
Althought Garcinia Cambogia from Sport Research are not among the most reviewed, the reason I pick this one over other best seller brand was because Sport Research provide a higher concentration of Garcinia Hidroxycitric Acid up to 65%, which I think can abosrb faster and better, been liquid gel capsule with added extra virgin coconut oil and pottasium and calcium as hydroxycitrate. Another reason was because is easier for me to swallow the pill if it is a gel capsule.
When the product arrive I started taking 2 pills 30 minutes before meal and I have feel a substantial curb in my appetite which has help me have better control over how much and what I eat. For me the effect of not feeling hungry last for 4 to 5 hour after taking the meal. This help me in 2 ways. The first one is because it make me eat small snacks and not big snacks in between meals without feeling hungry. The second because when it is time for the main meal im more sensitive and aware of how much and what I would eat withouth letting hungry interfere with the healthier choice of food that I could pick.

Does curb appetite some. I can’t really say I’ve had weight loss but that could be because I am a healthy eater already and follow a approximate 1,000 calorie a day diet. So I didn’t have to make any huge changes when I started taking this. I think people experience weight loss with these products not necessarily because of the product but because they start eating healthier upon taking it. That’s why they see changes. A sudden changes from a bad diet to a good one can help one see good results and people tend to think it’s from the pill but it’s actually from a abrupt diet change
