    First off, I love GFuel and this is just rating the smell and flavor. 5 stars for performance, but only 1 star for flavor and smell….it’s like drinking laundry soap! Yuk! Won’t buy this flavor again. So far, in my opinion, the Fruit Punch is the best. Remember, of course, taste is highly subjective. It is very difficult, I imagine, to cover up the bitterness and “off” flavors from herbs, caffeine, vitamins and artificial sweetner. Well, this just couldn’t pull it off. Tropical rain tastes slightly bitter, overly sweet, weird and very perfumey. Stick with a flavor you enjoy, this is tough to get down….like medicine!

    This was my first time using gfuel and this flavor is amazing, it’s refreshing and doesn’t have the consistency of a sugary drink, I usually shake whatever bottle I have it in before I drink again though as it does settle pretty quick I’m assuming that’s what people are talking about when they say it’s chalky.

    This is my first time drinking G-fuel and I gotta say, I love it

    Pros:
    – Lovely tropical taste (for a guy who likes citrus fruits taste and put pineapple and ham on a pizza :P)
    – No crash what so ever throughout all my 40 servings
    – Not addictive at all, I tested if it addictive like other energy drinks (monster,bang, etc…) or not:
    +1 week on (consume it every day for a week)
    +1 week off (no g-fuel for a whole week)
    => On the off week, I felt no attachment/independence on it whatsoever (result is a small drop(>5%) in gaming performance :P)

    Cons:
    – Have a chalky taste at the end of the serving if not shaken before taking a sip 😛 (I recommend shake well before taking a sip)
    -The price is kinda high, would like it to be a bit lower 😛

    Conclusion:
    A great energy booster for working/gaming/studying with minimal to none drawbacks
    10/10 would buy again/try other flavor

    I drink this stuff daily and I swear by it. The flavors are downright awesome, the way it makes you feel is amazing, and I swear I get more done when taking this product. I have been using it for a few months now while I’m working and I truly believe my performance is up at least 50% in my work and life. You don’t feel a huge crash either when coming down off this product which is a plus! Try it, you won’t regret it!

    I bought the Tropical Rain flavor and this is my first time trying G-Fuel and overall it’s pretty good. It gives you the energy, not as strong as some pre-workouts but it does give you energy. It’s enough for me so no complaints on that part, the flavor, is not the best. It’s not terrible but not the best. I’m saying that already not being a fan of how most energy powders taste as it is, only been a fan of fruit punch of a couple other brands. So though I might try another flavor next time overall this is pretty good. Taste aside I’m satisfied with the purchase, the quantity of servings and the price. Also has a nice scoop inside that others don’t, it has a slimmer top so it’s harder to spill and you can put the powder in a bottle easier if that’s what you’d use. I recommend it, you can try this flavor if you’d like, but I’m going to try another flavor next time.
