My Mom is 75 not as active as she needs to be, she used to suffer from a lots of body pain in different areas, but she’s always raving about the huge difference that Turmeric has made in her life since she started taking it about an year ago when I encouraged her to try it out.

I have mild arthritis in both of my hands along with ‘trigger finger’ in two fingers. As anyone who has ‘trigger finger’ will tell you, it can be very painful. My daughter suggested that I start taking Turmeric and within 30 days I began to see measurable relief and continued use has brought nearly 100% relief. There’s still an occasional ‘trigger finger’ episode but it’s rare and the amount of pain compared to the pre-turmeric use is very diminished. The arthritis discomfort has vanished.
While there’s many sources of turmeric available I need to highly recommend the Gaia Supreme Joint Turmeric over any other brand and formula. Gaia has been a quality product line for years that is organic and vegan. Don’t try to save a couple of bucks with another brand, the difference in quality and formula isn’t worth the savings.

I thought I was headed for a hip replacement when my wife ordered this and put me on 2 pills a day. I had been suffering for years and had tried everything for a sharp pain in my groin/inner thigh area. Within a few weeks the pain was 99% gone and has stayed that way for 18 months. Truly made my life so much better as now I can get out of bed, or my car, without having to take a few seconds before I can steady myself. I can walk for miles without an issue, whereas before I could not walk more that 150 yards at the most without having to stop because of the pain.

This is easy to take. I read you should take it with some fat. So I take it with my meals. My knees have stopped popping and cracking and swelling. I can now do my walking without swelling and pain. I do tell my doctor I take it. It’s listed as meds taken in my chart. It took a week to start seeing results but I have! Will keep buying it.

I Like this product but not for the faint of stomach.. it packs a punch for some.. I have no issues.. love the anti inflammatory ability of this particular brand!!
