Wonderful product! I am taking this for immunity and overall just to feel well. I trust the ingredients and this contains several immunity boosting ingredients-lemon fruit, turmeric, quercetin. I feel good and I’ve had no adverse effects. They’re easy to swallow and I’ve had no tummy upset, either. Very pleased with Gaia!

As with any supplements, please speak with a licensed professional before taking any supplements. These are a nice size, swallow easily, and don’t seem to have a smell. Comes in a glass jar. I haven’t noticed any adverse issues since taking them.

When I opened the bubble wrap , I found the bottom of the bottle was broken , when the glass pieces were still in the bag. I couldn’t wait for a new one to come so I ended up just putting the capsules in another container and started taking them

Love Gaia company. Quercetin has many uses, and is a bioflavonoid. You can look up what its good for. I take it for help with inflammation… Has Tumeric as well, which everyone knows is amazing for your health. Its gluten free and vegan as well. Normal sized capsule.

My bottle of Quercetin Synergy by Gaia Herbs arrived double-sealed with plastic around the lid and an inner seal under it. The Lot number and expiration date is printed on the bottom of the bottle. When I opened the bottle there was no funky smell, which makes taking the recommended dose of “1 capsule twice daily between meals” much easier. (By the way, there’s a mistake in the product description: the bottle contains only a 25-day supply if you take the recommended dose.) Each capsule contains 500 mg of quercetin, 100 mg of wellemon, 30 mg of turmeric, and 25 mg of curcuminoids. This combo of ingredients is reported to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
The capsules are large, but the vegan capsule is easy to swallow with plenty of water. While the supplement is on the costly side for only 50 capsules, Gaia Herbs is an outstanding company with a good reputation for providing quality supplements. And I don’t mind paying a little bit more for a higher quality product. If I experience an improvement in my immunity after taking this supplement for 25 days, I will gladly order this product again.
