I use Nettle Leaf for relief from seasonal allergies. It helps ease my allergies tremendously. I recently took this as I usually do this time of year and I happened to be nursing and having low milk supply. To my amazement my milk increased. I took the nettles for three days and had increased milk supply for that period of time. It wasn’t until after I stopped taking the nettles that I realized it was what increased my supply. I have continued to take the nettles now for over a month with the same improvement to my supply. I don’t know how it works or why I just know it helped me. Prior to this I took fenugreek and blessed thistle for 3 months without any results. I hope this helps someone else like me who is having low milk supply and has tried the other herbs without success.

I don’t ingest the capsules, just bite them and swallow the Nettle liquid inside, like a candy. Washed down with a big glass of my Berkey Water, and I am feeling wonderful.
