I added this supplement a few months ago (switched out from another Gaia supplement) and have seen improvements in how I handle stress and overall emotional wellness. I appreciate the liquid aspect to Gaia’s supplements, as I do feel there is effectiveness to them.
I highly recommend this supplement, yet cannot through Amazon due to poor or nonexistent product protection for the glass bottle through shipping.

Gaia is a great brand with excellent quality control and R/D. They have been very consistent over decades in business. Yes, they may be higher than a generic brand, but you can’t beat the quality and science behind their products.

I was in a piss poor mood all the time- I think it’s from the CO cold snowy winter. I took for two weeks and still didn’t notice anything but after taking for about four weeks I did in fact start feeling a heck of a lot better. More motivated not sign down in the dumps all the time. Not so crabby to my 2 little toddlers.
* I would * definitely recommend this for a mood stabilizer – it most definitely help my with sadness and feeling hopeless.
If you want it to work well you have to take it consistently and don’t give up after two weeks continue taking it – and don’t stop taking it once you start feeling better.

I have been using Gaia Herb products for many years and have always been happy with everything I have purchased. The emotional balance replaced another item I used to use from Gaia which was discontinued. The product I am referring to was called Serenity and it was a staple in my home and a go-to product when I was in a bad way. When I found out that it was discontinued, I called Gaia on the phone and they were so kind and compassionate about my disappointment but assured me that new products were on the horizon and I would be more than pleased about what was coming (In the meantime, I used there holy basil and kava). Boy were they right as the 3 additional formulas Gaia came out with made the Serenity look like a joke. The emotional balance (formally mood uplift), Calm ASAP, and Nootropic factor are simply incredible and work like a charm. The emotional balance needs to be taken daily for a period of time in order to see proper results but, the Calm ASAP is truly a 1:1 replacement for the serenity product. I literally only use it when I need it (if I am having an off day) and it works like a charm every time. One thing I will say about Gaia herbs is that they really do understand how people’s lives are greatly improved by their formula and they take that seriously. If they discontinue something, be assured they will come out with something much better and they won’t leave you hanging as there will be something in their line that will keep you until then. Thank you Gaia Herbs for making such great products.

I have been taking two of these a day for 4 months now. I feel so much different. More energy, more emotionally regulated, things don’t bother me so much, I have been getting my projects done and have been really enjoying my hobbies. 5 months ago I just felt like I was gardening to garden but now I am finding real joy and excitement in my old hobby again. I ran out of these pills for a week and, boy ,could I feel the difference. I felt more irritable, wasn’t interested in my hobbies, and generally did not feel joy in the things I as doing. Also, because these give me more motivation I have been working out in the mornings again! So I feel healthier and have lost weight! Love these pills.

So I read all the reviews prior to purchasing this product and obviously it’s a great product line as it has worked for quite a few people. I did take this product for 30 days, but I did not see where it met my needs specifically as well as some other herbs that I am taking. I bought this for menopausal support, but I stopped taking these because they did not ease my menopause symptoms as well as I would have liked them to. The emotional balance is really what I was seeking in this product as well as easing hot flashes and night sweats. I actually found a Puritan’s Pride herb that worked better for me personally, Maybe I will give these another try in the future.
