This is a very high-quality product. I was looking for a supplement to replace the same prescribed by my specialist; the specialist put chromium-polynicotinate on my list of supplements to take every day. I asked by the binder needed to be the polynicotinate and was told it was better than the in its efficacy. I purchased a bottle of this product and I take it daily and give it to my three sons’ supplement regime. My sons are 22, almost 18, and 15 years old and they report they feel more energetic, healthier and over-all improved function throughout the day. I get much better results with the Nutrafx product and though I purchased my first bottle at under $8, and while the doctor’s office chromium costs $5 for 28, I still purchased this at over $15 because that’s the lowest price on Amazon Prime. It would be great if Nutrafx can understand they have loyal customers and while I’m looking for a replacement at a more reasonable price (I’m a single mother with three sons) it’s really my intention to stick with Nutrafx products if possible.

It is useful for active lifestyles or if you are planning on physical activity whether recreational or good ole hard work I recommend this product. However common sense is also needed. read websites and descriptions as well as googleing for “side effects” and so on. discuss with your doctor as you may not beable to take it, if you are able, it is really more an augmenter to your physical regime and not to be taken lightly, as in not to be taken with a sedentary lifestyle, only if you are planning to be active(every day) or rather you take it on the days you are planning to be physically active. If you muscles are not used to exercise this is a great augmentation to get them used to it quick, you will not sit out days with your sore muscles recouping but continue to work and play(if that is your fancy) if you take Steroids or other anti-inflamitories, such as for joint problems DO NOT take this! if yiou take NON-sterioidal anti-inflamitories this can work well to aid in obsorption of Chromium. a common sense rule applies to this herb/blend of medicinal formula. I find it also works well with CoQ-10 as CoQ-10 is also a muscle regenerator-for diabetics and people taking Statins as Crestor, for those in need of info, I find it also works well with Lexapro(the generic one) and Respirdone(generic) but I take a very low dosage of both of these, if you take a higher dose(I take 1 Mg of Respirdone and 20 MG of Lex) if yours is higher than this, I CAUTION YOU to first take a visit to your Doctor! this is very dangerous if your chemistry is not adjusted just right or some people react differently than others. that said, do not let my cautinos sway you entirely, for ANYONE< I would recommend a lower dose first, see how your body reacts, the take this for a few days, see what happens it can affect different people differently we do NOT have the same chemical arrangement, people are different! addionally if you are searching Amazon for Chromium picolinate this is Polynicotinate, read closely the description here. Polynicotinate is best at absorption of Chromium(your primary need for this product) and studies have found picolinate can cause DNA structural problems and cancers also Polynicotinate is much as Niacin in fact it pretty much is. If you take Mehtyl CpG, this can actually substitute. it is better than Picolonate in that respect as well.

I brought this thinking it would help me lift weights cause it says extra strength unfortunately it was an appetite suppressant and right after I took it I realized that I wasn’t hungry all day actually I have to make myself eat I take it in he mourning work all day and eat trailmix and drink watered down fluids all day also small cherry tomatoes and grapes but I eat a complete dinner after I work out I lost so much weight my pants are baggy and I have reduced a few belt sizes I would give this product 5 stars if u work out eat right u will lose weight

This is a safe and very potent form of chromium…I felt a boost of energy immediately and I also observed that my body responded quickly to it, especially to exercise for toning and muscle development. I take only one a day, in the morning. If I take it in the evening I will want to stay up past midnight, not being sleepy at all. Over all I am extremely pleased with the product

I haven’t noticed that it has helped in any way. Blood sugar is still high, appetite is the same.
