Has definitely helped me sleep! I am sleeping deeply and through the night! I have only been taking it for a few nights, but I noticed an immediate difference. The flavor is fine but very sweet to me. It’s nothing to keep me from ordering again, just be forewarned. I could probably mix it in a drink before I go to bed and that would help but I want to be sure that I get the full dose in case I don’t finish my drink, so I just put it directly under my tongue. I feel a little drugged when I first wake up from sleeping so hard, but I become more fully awake faster. I don’t drag around all morning. I get up with the alarm and within a few minutes I am up to full speed. It’s been a long time since I was asleep when the alarm went off.

Absolutely a great product…in my opinion, it’s not for taking during the day. This taken in the morning made me drowsy all day…fantastic to take before bed, great night sleep on it…I recommend this product for all that can’t sleep well.

I don’t follow the instructions to take dose 2x a day. I take a dose about 1 hour before I want to go to sleep, and I cannot stay awake when it kicks in. I finally feel like I get a good night’s sleep when using this. Will be a repeat buyer.
