This is a good supplement that is supposed to help with joint pain and inflammation. These are capsules that are easier to swallow than the larger tablets that the supplement typically come in. Good value.

Also these are easier to swallow than the large hard “horse pills” I kept buying before. These are capsules. I am amazed that they work. Could never keep taking the large pills long enough to tell if they worked. I have way less pain and my knees don’t sound and feel as boney (hard to describe but I can tell I’m low on cartilage in my knee when I move it, if you have experienced this feeling/sound like me you will know what I’m talking about!). So that phenomena has lessened. And I’m three weeks into taking these so I’m sold.

The Futurebiotics Glucosamine / Chondroitin / Turmeric / MSM capsules were ordered for use in my daily supplement regimen.
I’ve been taking a glucosamine / chondroitin / MSM supplement capsule for years for my knees, and the amount in that product is the same as this brand with the same number of capsules. The older product does not contain turmeric. Thus, I can continue taking 3 capsules per day at staggered times. The only difference is turmeric. Turmeric has never worked for me in any form.
After using for a while, I have not noticed in difference in results, neither positive or negative, with this new product. The price is less than the older product.
The capsules are easy to take, and they do not produce that dredded “gag effect” in me. That is definitely a positive.
The one issue that I have with this brand is that there is substantial turmeric residue in the bottle and on the capsules from a capsule that has leaked or from manufacturing residue. I did not notice any taste due to that issue, but it does concern me since the amount more than just a little dust that happens to be there. Somewhere in the manufacturing process there needs to be some tightening of the quality control.

If I ever review supplements, I always start with the same important message: you should do your own research and consult a physician if you have any particular health issues. I personally tend to check MayoClinic.com for what I consider to be dependable evaluations of medicines and supplements. And they tend to be pretty encouraging about glucosamine, chondroitin, and turmeric. And they don’t note any particular drawbacks that made me hesitate. I take these for joint health, as I do a good bit of running, and would like to continue to do so. I’ve also been hearing a lot of good things about turmeric for inflamation, so I was intrigued by a glucosamine and chondrointin supplement that also had that as an ingredient.
The capsules are a bit larger than a typical supplement, but they weren’t problematically so for me (though if you’re very sensitive to larger pills/capsules, that may be worth considering). I had one misfilled capsule one of my first days of taking this, but I haven’t turned up any others.
So I’ve been satisfied.

I have been using chondroitin for some time and these pills seem just like others that I have gotten in the past. The package came well sealed with a sealed bottle under the cap.

I take Glucosamine Chondroitin and Turmeric on a regular basis to help my aging joints. What I have not liked about the products that are very popular, widely available on the market and I have been taking is the shellfish (crab, crayfish, lobster and shrimp . . . all scavengers at the bottom of the sea) ingredient. This is why I’m fairly pleased about this Futurebiotics brand! There is no shellfish!! The other thing I like about this product is that they are capsules, rather than large, hard, compressed pills. The price seems comparable to that of the brand which I have been taking. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend this product.

I regularly take a glucosamin/chondroitin supplement to help me stay active on the racquetball court. (Otherwise my knees give me trouble.) No unusual tastes or odors with these, so happy to pop them throughout the day.
