This brand specializes in kidney health support, so this is an unusual product for them, since this is more of a “performance enhancing” product. There are amino acids that support kidney health (according to NIH website) but these are more general-purpose essential amino acids.
I’ve tried a lot of EAA formulas and if you look at those closely, they all tend to have specific ratios of the different amino acids. For example, the BCAAs tend to be 2:1:1 with leucine being the larger. Histidine and methionine tend to be in very small quantities. I can’t figure out why they decided on these proportions – they seem a little bit arbitrary. Did they feel it was better to increase the aminos less common in the average diet?
The tablets themselves are simple, pressed ovals. The’re no coating and theres a bit of loose powder with them on the bottle, which suggests less mature manufacturing.
I had no issues taking these. I also saw no obvious benefits from taking them, performance or otherwise, but the benefits probably won’t be obvious anyway.

These Amino acids are easy to take and great for any time. I take these every day to help with energy and recovery. Everything is good quality and well packaged
Closer Look –
Recently I have adjusted my diet which is now completely plant-based. I do not do heavy-workouts, but I do have concern about getting the nutrients I need. For months I have been taking essential amino acids in powder form but ordered this brand of tablets when I ran out of the powder.
I find it interesting that these tablets have a distinct, not terrible, smell to them. I have smelled this in other EAA supplements and so assume that this is an indication of a particular amino in the mix.
I have been taking this supplement daily for about a week with no digestive issues. I don’t notice my being perkier, more alert, or healthier. This is not to say that these tablets don’t work; one week is too little time to evaluate a supplement and good health is no always noticeable. I am assuming that they are doing their job and would have to take these considerably longer to determine effects, if any.
The criticisms I have involve the number of tablets one has to take in a day and their size. These might not bother others. A single daily dose equals five tablets. These are large, chalky, compressed pills. They stick in my throat on the way down and five is too many at one time for me; I therefore take them at three different times over the course of a day. Taking that midday dose when I am out and about is problematic. Most people don’t have trouble with large tablets, but many older people do. This supplement is not in an idea form for me.

The supplement contains what i was interested in but the state of the product is something else,
When opened the bottle was full of cotton that was saturated with a load of white powder and it is messy. The entire supply of pills is covered with this dust, probably enough product dust in the bottle to make a couple of more pills.
I can’t give this item a better rating than this – no excuse for a mess of powder to be covering my pills this is very poor QC in my opinion.

Amino Acids complex supplement listing many amino acids to support tissue building and workout recovery. I have started a workout routine recently so I decided to give these a try and am happy with them so far. The bottle list many of the qualities that I find important when choosing a supplement, such as: Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten free and FDA registered facility, no artificial ingredients or fillers, certified GMP and made in the USA, to name a few. I found these easy to take and swallow, although taking 5 a day takes a few times to take them all. I did not notice any after taste or affects.

I weight train three (3) days/week. I also bike, swim, Pilates, and other fitness activity. I put A LOT of effort into maintaining fitness levels. I have recently added Amino Acid supplements post-workout because I have realized my fitness outcomes can be increased with seemingly minor changes.
I also eat a primarily plant-based diet. I do eat some meat, but generally very low comparatively. I spend time to ensure I get balanced and complete protein. I have chosen to add an amino acid complex to supplement and ensure sufficient and total amino acid balance for recovery. This supplement provides all nine (9) Essential Amino Acids (EAA) with generally higher proportion of the three (3) Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA). For my Amino Acid supplement, I really prefer a powder that can be dissolved (or mixed) into a post-workout drink, and with some electrolytes this increases absorption. However powders often have some odd flavors, often contain some sweeteners I don’t really like, and tablets really are more convenient to carry. I move between powder and tablets. These are tablets; smaller than many and probably a bit easier to swallow.
What I like here; made in the USA. Gives me a bit more confidence.

This is sort of an all in one supplement for key amino acids. The pills may be large and hard to swallow for some. The recommended daily dose is 5 large pills a day. So if you have an issues with swallowing large pills you may want to try another similar amino acid combo. I didn’t really notice a bad taste, but taking five of these can be a negative to some
