With these vegetables and fruit even though it would be better for real stuff, at least I can have an intake of daily vitamins. Speaking from someone who is “allergic “ to healthy stuff.

I had previously tried a different brand that was fine. More expensive, but fine. I tried this brand because most of the ingredients were the same, and it was less expensive than the other brands.
BIG mistake.
The other brand I tried said I could open the capsule and empty the contents into a smoothie or protein shake. I did that every day, and again, it was fine.
Not this brand. The first day, I opened the capsules and emptied the contents into my protein shake. Within half an hour, my stomach felt like it was on fire. It stayed that way for a couple of hours.
The next day, I figured I’d better just swallow the capsules whole. Ok, no fire in my stomach, but within 2 days my urine had turned a dark orange color, making me believe something was wrong. A urine test showed no UTI or other problem. It was just these capsules.
Yeah, no thanks. I want normal colored urine and no burning stomach.
And now Amazon won’t let me return them.
My advice is to pay a little more for the other brands to keep your stomach calm and your urine yellow.

I researched this type of product and ratings were high. The capsules that are advertised constantly on TV were rated well below this brand. The number one rate fruit and vegetable capsules are not sold by Amazon
so I chose the second place recommended. I can’t tell you that these have made my health excellent but I do have more energy and haven’t experienced feeling bad lately.

I’ve been using this for a couple of months now. It’s cheaper than Balance of Nature as seen on tv. I have two types of arthritis and autoimmune diseases. My body hurts every day. I started taking this because I really don’t eat like I should. I love fruit and vegetables but I work crazy hours and really hard to keep them fresh. I honestly feel better and healthier since I started taking this product.
I have suggested this to other family and friends. I don’t know if it’s wishful thinking, but I know how I feel and I feel good compared to before I started taking this. I take healthy supplements and no pain meds. Best thing you should do is keep moving and this helps me do that. I definitely will continue.
