I have used PPQ formulations daily for years, this one I tried a year or so ago.
This works much better than the others. My lipid panels have been stellar ever since.

Product arrived and most capsules were solidified. I requested a refund and was told I couldn’t return but then couldn’t figure out what to do next. Extremely disappointed and unless they do something to correct this, I will not buy from them again. –

I got this because I take French Maritime Bark for my legs so they look nice with good vein health. I actually started taking French Maritime Bark after reading about a study where it was combined with Gotu Kola and Vitamin K2 and was found to significantly reduce arterial plaque in rats. At the time of that study ( before nattokinase) it was the only combination of ingredients to achieve that. I mirrored the stack used in the first study and while I do not know how my arterial plaque is doing I do know that I think my legs look real nice now,,, the way I want them to ! French maritime Bark ( also known as pycnogenol) is known to help with circulation and appears in my case it did indeed. Now there are many other barks like magnolia and pine bark that claim the same. And they are usually substantially cheaper. Many people claim they work just as well if not better. I tend to stick with what the studies used to eliminate doubts and have always used the French Maritime Bark.
Now the addition of the PQQ is something I like as I consider it mitochondria food. These are our little buddies inside our cells making our energy. We definitely need them to be alive and healthy in order for our bodies to be able to function properly. It has been found in studies that PQQ helps mitochondria work better and stay healthy. The scientist are not really sure about all the details with how that works but they do know that PQQ is a stronger antioxidant than vitamin c. So it is theorized it offers them protection. Also it is noted they tend to increase mitochondrial biogenesis which is great because new healthy mitochondria being possibly formed is more energy suppliers. That in turn could possibly equate in improved stamina and better yielding exercise results. It could also mean a strengthen immunity and metabolism. Considering the mitochondria are involved in all cellular process it is not surprising they are part of all our bodies functions.
I have to mention this is the most exotic soft gel I have ever seen. It’s like a snow globe. You can shake it up or turn it upside down and watch the French maritime bark extract ‘snow’. That’s the best I can figure. The soft gel is full of flaxseed oil and bit of Vitamin E and the PQQ as a disodium salt has dissolved and what’s left is French maritime bark extract as it is red in color. Way cool !
So yes indeed I really like this stack and really like these ingredients. The dosage is very close to what I like and its nice I can take one or two softgel(s) for all these ingredients. I do prefer my supplements to be third party lab tested but other than that I have no complaints. These are easy to take and I had no sides. I never feel anything with this and just hope it’s doing it’s job to possibly help with circulation and making my mitochondria happy. Good Luck and I hope this was helpful.
