The product is fine however; it was delivered to the wrong house. When I saw the delivery picture, it was my neighbor’s house, not mine. They have a prettier door than I do.

I decided to try this brand just as an alternative. Have not been disappointed in the dosage. If I had one issue, it is that it is a smaller pill form, which is still easily chewable, however, the last product I had was a larger disc shaped tablet and it dissolved in my mouth without issue so I had that additional option of doing that rather than only being able to chew up the tablet like I do with this product.

This 2 m.g. Melatonin tablet is sweetened with ingredients that are safe for people facing insulin resistance issues and who want to avoid any elevation in blood glucose. The tablets taste very good and the formula works well, to promote deep, peaceful sleep. I have been using this product for about a year now. The tablets have a pleasant, mildly sweet taste. I hope this company will consider make a 5 m.g. tablet, using this same ingredients, so that, those of us taking higher doses can enjoy using a 5 m.g. potency. I highly recommend this product . It is a unique melatonin product in today’s market.

I have tried a lot of Melatonin variants. I like Melatonin because it truly does work to make me sleepy without being habit-forming like more psychoactive alternatives (such as Ambien).
The thing about Melatonin is that there’s no agreed-upon “best” dosage. But it’s generally believed that for most adults something in the range of 1-5mg works well. These tablets are 2mg each, and usually, that’s about enough for me. If not, I can always take two without any risk.
What I like about these tablets is that they aren’t presented as candy (gummies) and the only active ingredient is Melatonin. So many tablets are either candy (which is not what I’m looking for as I head for bed) or else mixed with other ingredients that “may” help with sleep. Not only are these just Melatonin, but they also don’t include any sugar. Instead, they’re sweetened with sugar alcohol (xylitol) plus some “natural fruit flavor”). They taste fine and broadly “fruity”, and they have that “cool” flavor that stuff like xylitol creates. I wouldn’t take these for the flavor (!) but they’re fine and they dissolve quickly.
On the whole, the price is reasonable and I like the pure small dosage of Melatonin and the lack of sugar/candy.

The overall product packaging that contains vital information about the ingredients, processing the content, finished quality, or whether the supplement is easy to swallow, the flavor, and value for money are also part of my assessment. I’m not earning from any of these manufacturers. Moreover, prolonged use may cause compromise of immunity or increase toxicity level in the body. As such, I’ll leave to the user the discretion to continue using this supplement or not.
