I have tried numerous pill organizers and this one I liked how you can fit 7 different kinds of pills into one organizer. There is a sticky label to write the name of the pill. It twists easily to the left/right for you to get your meds. The opening is great it fits my Metformin. Anyone that knows what that is should know the size of the opening.
Don’t make the mistake I made when I first started loading my meds. You need to make sure you push the cover all the way down until it snaps in place. If not, the meds will go from one slot to the other slot. Another thing is, when opening the cover, make sure you are holding onto the holder good or else your pills will fly everywhere. Speaking from experience but luckily it was only about 10+ pills.
This save space and it’s good if the user knows how many pills and often they should take it daily. Once you throw away your empty bottles, it’s over unless you write it down somewhere or take a picture of your medication description before throwing it away. Call the doctor or whatever.
This is my favorite pill organizer so far until someone proves me wrong.

I ordered this for daily meds but it’s way too huge and cumbersome. Hard to open on a daily basis. It has a rotating method to open to get the pills out and you have to be sure you’re on the right one. I am thinking of returning it as I now moved my large supplements into it instead of small daily meds. Not exactly thrilled with it.

This is a great pill dispenser that holds many pills of all sizes. I replaced two (AM & PM) tray type dispensers with them. I fill each of the 7 compartments with that day’s pills then just dispense from one compartment a day. Much better system if you take many pills.

I ordered this pill container for an upcoming trip so that I don’t have so many different bottles. First of all, it arrived without the labels to be able to identify my supplements. I had to hand write the names of my supplements on small pieces of paper and tape them in the container to be able to identify my supplements. In addition, the pills will only stay in the container when it sits upright as the opening has no closing mechanism which defeats the purpose of using it for travel. You will have to leave a full compartment empty so that the pills don’t fall out and leave the opening for the pills on this setting, which will then give you one less compartment to place your pills .
I reached out to their customer support 3 days ago to see if they can send me the labels to make this item somewhat usable as it’s not worth my time to return, but I have not heard back from them. It seems I received a previously returned item that was not inspected thoroughly before shipping.
Update: 9/26/23 The container cracked in multiple places at the bottom. I had to secure with tape to make it usable for my trip. Don’t waste your money on this product. I don’t know where all these 4&5 stars came from because this container is cheaply made, not practical and the vendor never got back to me regarding the missing labels. I would give 0 stars, but it is not an available option.

It is difficult to get the lid off and on because it pops off instead of screws off. I am afraid that my pills will pop out also when I need to reload a single compartment. Other than that, I love using it. It makes accessing my pills much faster.
