   Order was processed and delivered efficiently and on time. These are almost exactly the same ultra-fine mist spray bottles that my full-strength decongestant nasal spray (over-the-counter) uses. Having these sprayers from Sinox allows me to dilute the full strength decongestant to a much lower one with saline solution – an approach suggested by a physician to minimize or avoid issues with rebound. The lower dose still works great, but so far, no further problem with rebound.

   It’s so nice that these are available empty. I was going to buy a couple of sprayers full of Afrin or something, and dump out the drug, just to get the sprayers–except that I wasn’t even sure whether they would be refillable.

   I make salf-and-baking-soda nasal rinses to use with an irrigation system by Neil-Med. That system is good, but sometimes I just want to quickly moisturize my sinuses, not hose them down. So I appreciate the very fine mist that these sprayers provide.

   I think that the spray bottles work great, and spray a mist works just right for the nose spray that I buy and use in them. It is not too fine and not too heavy. It works for me. I am well pleased with the product and when I need more will likely be a return customer.

   I was happy to find this kind of bottle for my nose spray. Buying the spray to get the bottle is really expensive. I kind of make my own spray using Afrin, camphor, etc., and I really hate the way the squeeze bottles work. I now have ten and the one I am using seems to work fine. It atomizes the spray well as opposed to being a stream or drops. The “wings” on which one places the fingers are either too small for my hand or oddly enough shaped that I have difficulty from keeping my fingers from slipping off while pumping though.

   My prior review was based on the sellers inaccurate description and shipping issues. It was pointed out to me that it is not fair to evaluate the product based on description or shipping–I use prime and it took three-days to receive what should have been a two-day item. Originally, the picture and the description showed and stated stainless steel parts. There are two stainless steel balls in the pump, but unlike the pic which showed a steel siphon, everything else is plastic.

   I agree with the sellers assertion and have updated my review.

   I really don’t need 10 of these, but it was the best price. This is a very small bottle, but I like it smaller and find it easier to use. It is truly a super fine mist so I got what I wanted and paid for. I just had nose surgery and this helps to keep my nose from drying out.

   I bought these to use for a home made solution as a sinus spray. I was concerned that the mist might not be fine enough, but they work wonderfully. They come with a kind of half circle ring that you can easily take off when you spray and then put back on so you can drop it in your purse or car and not have to worry about leaking in case you accidentally hit it.

   I’ve ordered this product twice and have been very satisfied with the quality. This particular brand comes with a safety guard ring and cap. So if you carry the sprayer in your pocket or purse, there’s much less chance of accidentally depressing the plunger. I bought these to use along with Xlear nose spray, individual packets. One packet makes 1 Cup of solution, which filled 11 of these 20ML bottles. Good to give to each family member, and friends. Xlear is a saline solution with added Xylitol that doesn’t dry out your nasal passages like plain saline can. Also read article that it kills 99% Coronavirus. We use it after we go out in public, as an extra precaution to avoid Covid. But it also works great in mornings when your nose is stuff.

   I am very happy with this nasal spray bottle. The bottle is small and light and the pump mechanism seems to be high quality. It produces a beautiful funnel of fine mist. I have been using empty Nasacort bottles for some nasal solution that I use, but this is expensive because I only buy the spray for the bottle and not for the product inside. Nasacort contains 17 ml of solution for 120 pumps. This bottle is specified as 20 ml and I counted 175 of quality pumps of water in case somebody wanders.
