K-beauty has taught me that I love skincare with Madecassoside /Centella! I just always find its inclusion (especially in masks!) to work well for my dry, sensitive skin. This causes no adverse reaction, and is fragrance-free—a must for my migraines. It plays well with my other skincare products, and leaves my skin well moisturized. I’ve liked all the Frankly products I’ve tried thus far. It’s also cruelty-free /Vegan : )

Review: FRANKLY Madecassoside & Allantoin Cream, 1.01 fl.oz
Started to use this cream based off reviews on it being a great occlusive (like a top coat for your skin) after my tret and niacinamide routine at night). What makes it a great occlusive is that it contains silicone so it will most definitely help retain moisture. Plus Allantoin to help soften skin, and Ubiquinone which is an antioxidant (helps cell energy). That being said it does have a bit of a “feel” so I think on its own it would make a great moisturizer for winter or perhaps for people who have dry skin. I have combination skin myself so it’s not a great all-over moisturizer for me personally but as a “top coat”, it does great!

It’s a wonderful product! I’ll be buying more when I run out – which often isn’t the case. Leaves my face feeling sleek, tight (in a good way), and moisturized without feeling tacky. Very smooth after.

I’m applying this after vitamin C serum, It soaks in quickly and leaves a non-greasy texture to my skin. A little goes a long way, it’s light and covers well. I wanted to try this as soon as I saw it had Centella Asiatica and Ubiquinone. These are 2 of my favorite ingredients in skincare. I intend to fight every line and wrinkle and these 2 ingredients have shown promise in articles I’ve read.

If you are looking for a good facial cream, at a good price point, I’d take a look at this. The cream is easy to apply and absorbs very nicely without leaving the skin sticky. This product comes from a really good company so I haven’t seen any long-term results, but I have all faith that I will.
