These are so fun to use, especially if you pop them in the refrigerator so they’re nice and cool for your eyes upon use! However, I ordered 3 boxes for better unit pricing but when they arrived, they were in a plastic back and the boxes were all severely wilted. When I removed them from the plastic bag, they were still damp to the touch. When I opened the box to check on the pads, it was clear that not only were they not tightened all the way, it was as if someone had intentionally loosened them to let all the ‘juice’ out of each one of them.
Am not about to use these in this condition – will need to return.

These are great! They really work. Been using them for several years. They cool and they take away puffiness. I am always trying to get the most out of my money so I cut them in half and put them on under my eyes only and wear them around the house till they dry up and fall off. By then I am set and refreshed.
