This is an excellent product. I put a scoop on 150ml of orange juice and do not taste it at all. People complain about it being expensive but they just aren’t being realistic at all. They spend more than this on coffee for a month. Health supplements are typically much more expensive than this.
I notice energy increase overall. Even if I didn’t tangibly notice any results I would still take this as the health benefits of all mushrooms is very well proven.

Came almost half full, found out it has a led warning after purchasing. But I enjoyed the instant coffee they sell so thought I’d try this. Didn’t cook with it, but did not go well in earl grey tea. Best with coffee, or maybe cooking.

This seemed to put this earthy girl in a mellow mood and did not have a bad taste. I purchased it for general health and well being. I mixed it into a cacao drink that I make that tastes like a treat, but is actually very healthy. I am excited to see what I can add it to, in the future (soups & smoothies, perhaps). I plan to repurchase. If I could think of anything that was disappointing it would be that it developed rather hard clumps before I even finished the canister. I have it in a cool, dark place, so not sure why it did that. Now, I have to bang it on the counter and try to break up the clumps before each use…Also, I noticed that this photo features a sealable pouch. Perhaps, they received some feedback on the clumps and transitioned to the pouch in order to prevent this issue. It includes a great variety of beneficial mushrooms… all of the ones that I was interested in trying.

To start it’s much smaller than I was expecting and then it’s only half full. So I feel it’s over priced for the amount you’re getting. Which is why I’m giving 4/5 stars.
I recommend if you put this in your coffee, put in the powder first, hot coffee on top & stir. Then add ice or creamer. Otherwise it doesn’t blend and you will get pockets of powder that taste nasty. When blended right, you can’t taste it.
Overall, I think it does help with focus. I have adhd and have tried Adderall. I tried only lions mane and it didn’t work. So I was skeptical this would work. But this it a great alternative to medication. It’s not as strong of a feeling like medication of course, but it does have a gradual focus without the jittery feeling and I’m able to sleep!

I love the energy I get from this mushroom blend. It’s sweet tasting and a good substitute for coffee. I’ve had a few of the coffee blends from Four Sigma as well and do enjoy those. The quality from this company is superb and I don’t have any fears ordering from them. It is a little pricey, but in reality it’s about as much as a fancy coffee per serving.

I add this to my daily morning smoothie, and it doesn’t detract from the flavor, at all. In general, my eating habits are pretty good. Limit my sweets, look for organic, and I’m vegan, so this doesn’t make a huge difference in how I feel and my overall health. But I do seem to have more vivid and memorable dreams, which may be a sign of good health, as well. With all the good reports of the benefits of these mushrooms available, I feel that this is a good addition to my daily routine, regardless of how I might feel in the short term. I used another product before, but discovered that they only used one of the two methods of extraction in their process. So, I looked for another company that used the two methods that are used, because there are benefits to both, and this company fits the bill. The only complaint I have is that the container they use is only half full. I hate waste, and can’t understand why they wouldn’t change either the packaging, or the fill the container and charge a little more.

Okay, a lot of reviews point out that the math doesn’t add up. It would be nice if they just figured that out and rejected that on the label. Done. As for the product itself? Amazing! This review is for the Balance blend. I started using adaptogenic powder blends a few years ago and they made a huge difference in my hormonal balance, stress management and overall well-bring when I paired it with eating well, exercising, and sleeping – I had already been doing all those things, but within a month of adding adaptogenic powder blends, I was just so much more energetic and balanced. Then I got pregnant and stopped taking the powders, had my baby, and then finally decided it was time. The company I used to buy changed their formula, and instead of feeling invigorated, I felt like my brain was on steroids and crashed hard an hour later. So I tried this. This has been nothing short of a miracle. Along with the baby came a military move from Hawaii to Seattle, and I couldn’t deal with the SAD, no matter how much fish I ate or vitamin D I took. I was up to 3-4 cups of coffee a day. I added half a scoop to my morning coffee and I’m down to 1.5 cups a day, the rain comes in and instead of feeling like there’s a vice on brain, I just feel… Normal. It’s amazing. So yeah, the price per serving is totally misleading. And it tastes a little like cinnamon dirt, but it blends into my coffee well and, really, what do you expect? It’s mushrooms. But I’m going to keep buying this stuff. It is saving my sanity.

I love this brand. I love the idea of the mushrooms however I received the significantly smaller packaging than what shown in the ad. The ad shows a bag and it came in a small can just be aware it tasted good. It was effective. It gave me the energy that I needed. It is very easy to use and it smells good
