once you fill it with water unless you halfway melt the ice it will snap in half when you try to open it. that was disappointing but after i melted it halfway i was able to use it. i just wish it was able to be filled all the way.

I ordered a blue one and ended up with a pink one, I then noticed it had two labels on the package the first one says pink then the one on top of it says blue.
Atleast label them correctly so we can get the colors we ordered. It didn’t even come with the cute recipe card. The product itself is amazing 👏 but I expect to get the color I ordered.
