Product is fine, except for the taste! It tastes awful and I can scarcely stomach it. Gotta chug so I don’t register the flavor as much. I’m trying to mix it with green tea to get mask the flavor. Need to mix with some energy drink or something next time.

I’ve been taking BCAAs for several months and switched to this brand as my usual was out of stock.
The first thing that struck me was the offputting brownish dishwater coloration when mixed with water. The taste followed suit: the flavor was blackberry lemonade, the taste was how I imagine battery acid and hot plastic to be.
** Most Importantly ** it did not deliver results. I noticed a huge increase in next day soreness and fatigue from my typical workouts that I didn’t get with other BCAA mixes.
Skip this one. For the price you can easily find a product that does what it’s supposed to do.

I have purchased this product numerous times over the last six months and drink it almost every single day. Mixes very well, and tastes really good for a supplement. One of the containers I purchased was messed up. Tasted really off. Sent them a message to the seller and they replied extremely fast and immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked.

So, this is a good product as far as the completeness of the amino acids it contains. Especially with the addition of glutamine. It blends really well. It’s tasty with a few ice cubes in a a shaker bottle. It makes a difference in my soreness and fatigue. I’m no pro but I do lift for an hour 5-6 days a week. My issue with this is the sucralose as a sweetener. It’s a known carcinogen. Also yellow #5. Why. Why do I need fake yellow color. Please sweeten with stevia and stop dying it yellow.
